My mom had their miso black cod that came with rice and green beans. It was a big hunk of fish that's slowly baked to perfection. I had their tonkasu ramen which had thin al dente noodles, a whole egg, 2 big chunks of cha su pork. Pro tip, get a side of kimchi. Their kimchi is rich in flavor and garlicky goodness. I feel like they have so many different rolls than other places. We always get the Kill Bill and the Mr Miyagi and then mix up the rest. It was overcooked and not seasoned. I paid less per plate in Honolulu, and the food was SO much better:( We left and had to actually eat somewhere else because we were still hungry. The flavor was nice with the dipping sauce but don't think I would order again. The rolls were really good. I know I got a tiger roll without cream cheese and the green hornet. I added lime slices to the top because I love the addition of citrus to my rolls. The fish was good and tender. Did not have a weird fishy odor or taste. The ingredients in each roll really suited the roll and complemented the other flavors well. The Billy Billy was ordered by a friend and I tried it.
