If there was one complaint it's that the door gets opened, or left open and the cold blows in. Which is more of an Utah people thing, than it being the restaurants fault. I had odd service one time, this was four years ago or so. I haven't seen that server since then. So I guess it's sort of a moot point. For the sake of explaining it.
