Before booking with Jennifer I had only previously gotten waxed twice at a largely known waxing chain at which my wax experience was not the best and the results were not satisfactory. I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews but I had my lash tech recommend for me to go to Kairopractic Skin for an eyebrow wax and it truly was an amazing experience!! I returned for a blemish facial and it has already made a huge difference in my skin. It was the definition of you get what you pay for, it's pricey and I'm sure you can find a cheaper facial somewhere else but it was premium care so WELL WORTH the money. Jen explained everything that was going on my face and even gave me a sample cleanser to use after my service. I have a low pain tolerance so the extractions did hurt but, I have never felt so comfortable to let an esthetician know how I was feeling and she made awesome adjustments to my comfort. If you want to treat yourself to a premium service and premium products on your face I highly recommend. So I tried to wait and work with Jenn before leaving a review. I received a full Brazilian wax from her on a Thursday and the next day after being able to shower I noticed that there were several places where hair was not removed that should have been. After messaging Jenn, she apologized and agreed to repeat the service that Saturday. On Sunday after showing again noticed that the hair was still not completely removed is the same places. I again reached out to Jenn 3 times including photos and not once receiving a response regarding the service or lack there of. How do you miss hair again in the same areas even after being shown? Than won't respond because you have already received payment! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IS YOU IF YOU ARE MELANATED! This is not a place for Black women because she apparently can not see the hair on our skin. I was charged more than $80 for a botched/uncompleted wax job with no resolution performed by the owner. It is no way I should have stubble and hair patches the day after being waxed not once but twice in the course of 3 days if the person truly knows what the are doing. This place is a fancy looking rip-off! If it was legit she would refund me or make the wrong that she did right, instead of taking trusting hard earned peoples money to pay for BBL's. read more
