From the upstairs workspace over looking the dining space.

This is a cute & cozy coffee shop with a full menu of breakfast sandwiches, toasts & oatmeal. I received the wrong latte order (iced when I ordered hot, mocha when I ordered latte), and I didn't enjoy the mocha. The espresso is bitter. It is a bit noisy but there are convenient spaces to setup a laptop & work or gather with a small group of friends.

The egg nog latte with house made syrup was delicious. The muffins come from blue oven and of course they are delicious. I ordered the egg which sandwich and it was a fulfilling breakfast sandwich. There is plenty of seating and parking.

I visited Kala Coffeehouse while in the area. It wasn't very busy, so I was able to order right away. However, it took awhile for someone to acknowledge me. I reviewed the menu and I decided to go with the snickerdoodle latte, as they have a variety of flavors. They only offer one coffee size. The barista was helpful in making it to my liking by making sure it was sweet enough. They do offer seating inside but I got mine to go. Overall, my experience was good and I enjoyed my coffee.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast while in the area on a Saturday morning and had a pleasant experience! Lots of options for coffee, and food, including seasonal items- pumpkin for fall. Staff was friendly in placing order and prepared our drinks and food quickly. The space is very relaxed, with options for groups to meet and easy onsite parking. Had a wonderful experience and looking forward to my next visit.

In Mason for a competition and dropped by real quick between events. A little hard to find since it's in what appears to be a warehouse with several other places, but it wasn't too difficult once I got to the back parking lot. Very spacious inside and lots of seating. A lot of food options available, not much left in terms of pastries when I went, but it was 11am. I did get the maple sweet potato pecan loaf and it was quite delicious. Very straight forward menu. I do wish they had pour over available and not just drip as I'm not sure how long it's been sitting there. Got some anyway, and it was okay. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Overall I'd go again if in the area.

A nice comfortable coffee house. Very clean and very friendly baristas. It's a little hard to find, as it's behind some other businesses. They have milk alternatives, but only have sugar free syrups in vanilla and caramel. I would say it's a good place to visit, study and just rel

So behind a church off of the main road in a small (appearing) shop next to a gym is Kala Coffeehouse. You drive around to the back and it is the the corner of the L in the building. So when you come I will say things took a little bit for my order and they yell out your name. I got an Arnold Palmer which is odd for me as I normally get a coffee. But I wanted to try it. Very tasty. My BFF got a health drink a Peanut butter something. She loved it and said it was her favorite. You should stop it and try them if in the area.

Probably best food and coffee I've ever had. The signature sandwich was unbeatable. This place deserves at better location.

The second time I went I had a golden milk latte with coconut milk and avocado toast with dukkah, a Middle Eastern seasoning.

Was…read morewalking around downtown Lebanon doing some window shopping with my sister and we stopped in here once. She told me that there was also an upstairs people work remotely in. So me and my boyfriend visited the place with our laptops to hopefully get some work done and also enjoy some coffee. Service was super quick and upon going upstairs it was very quiet outside of small chatter. He was able to get some video editing done and I was able to do some personal project stuff. We stayed there for a few hours and noticed it started getting a bit more busy at 2 pm with people setting up laptops. But personally I liked it, as it made the vibes more focused. The coffee itself is pretty standard but I would go again for the environment.

I guess my standards are a bit higher. Fitting for Lebanon though, standards seem to have gone down the drain for most businesses. Asked if they had fresh roasted coffee, was told yes they get it weekly. Paid $20 for 12oz bag of coffee that could compare to Folgers from Walmart. Not fresh at all, and yes to the owner or employees reading this. You can tell when you brew fresh roasted coffee. If you want fresh coffee I recommend Script or Contemporoast. Can't tell if it's a coffee shop or a knickknack shop. Figure it out.

I ordered my usual, I tip every time, it's mostly self serve- but I was a barista so, I tip.... At any rate, I waited and waited (15min), my drink never came up. I calmly told the girl with brown curly hair that I never received my beverage- she snapped back- "I made this already" I again calmly said well, I never got it. She rolled her eyes, proceeded to make other orders as I stood there and then finally "remade" my drink. I told her, look, I come here weekly, I tip and I appreciate you remaking this. She stared at me blankly - I said, so, thank you... no response- I said again thank you? Still nothing... in the service industry and no common courtesy.... Disappointing

I couldn't taste much lavender flavor and the honey settled at the bottom of the cup, but the matcha itself was strong! I'd order it again, but maybe plain or with a simple syrup and stir before drinking. The pastry was delicious and I would order it again, although I wish it was hot! My friend ordered the Corn Cheese Donuts (came with 3) and an iced Tiramisu Latte. She thought the latte was good but a bit too milky for her taste. The corn donuts were fantastic! The outside/shell is a chewy texture and rolled in sugar, and the inside is hollow and filled with a corn cheese mixture--would definitely order again. The workers were nice and our drinks came out quickly. The interior of this location is nice and bright with many tables to hang out and chat, and some have outlets if you're looking for a place to work. Most of the bakery items (not the cakes though) are in self-serve pastry cases so you take a tray, wax paper, and tongs to grab whatever pastries you want before checking out at the counter, where you can order drinks as well. This is a great place to meet up with friends to catch up, or to grab a pastry and drink to go. I'm excited to try more of their selection!
