Its winter in PA. I love a good cafe experience that warms my soul.Added bonus that it was 8min…read morefrom the VAMC and I was a hour early for my appointment. The ambiance was nice. Lots of parking in a new development.I love windows and it was very clean and earthy looking. There was plenty of space but I could see this place being packed in the weekend. There is a 90 min sitting limit for those customers who overstay their welcome I ordered a baked oatmeal with fruit and a hot matcha latte. They have a vegan and gluten free menu which is nice. I'm assuming they change it based on the season with some seasonal treats. The oatmeal was delicious and not too sweet, with fresh fruit. The matcha was fantastic and in a pretty big mug. I dined in and my order came out within 3 min of sitting down so that was impressive. Outside of the older lady that sat close to my table that talked about how annoying the lady from her book club was, this place is great. Grab to go if you are a loner like myself.

Nour Coffee Shop was an absolute delight and quickly became one of my favorite café discoveries…read more Everything we ordered was exceptional, making it a spot I'd happily return to again and again. We tried the mocha, cappuccino, almond croissant, and fresh orange juice. The coffee was outstanding--rich, smooth, and expertly prepared. The mocha struck the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, while the cappuccino was beautifully crafted with a velvety texture. The almond croissant was fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor, and the orange juice was a refreshing complement to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quality cup of coffee. If you're a coffee lover, Nour is a must-visit. Great drinks, delicious pastries, and an overall experience that leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

For dinner the strip steak and crab cakes are both really good and there's always a good Tröegs on tap. For breakfast they're super consistent, don't mind special orders and have come to know my usuals very well. Long story short, very friendly staff and great food.

Small menu with unique items. Dining room is very cold. Thought it might be me but heard numerous other guests also commenting on being cold. The dining room was nicely decorated and very Hostess greeted me warmly, could use more of that warmth! She was helpful and offered information on dinner and breakfast options. My server Cricket, was friendly but did approach the table initially with "what are you having" no hello or greeting or suggestions. Although I had asked for lemon with my water since tap water often varies in taste it was served without. Salmon full of flavor but a little dry, prosciutto wrap was very dry, it was served on a large portion of delicious risotto that had asparagus in it, the menu had made it sound like the asparagus was separate from the risotto. Being on a meal plan and watching my weight I would have appreciated it being served separately because I eat the healthy items first. I would typically eat all the risotto, but I did, the tase was exquisite! Bred was hard, dry and had no flavor Buffet, not offered or on the menu Hostess did take beverage orders for a young group that occupied a number of tables from a few tables away they had coupons for the buffet added to the high levels of disruptive noise in dining room. This went on throughout my stay because they were coming in at different times. Young group were using speaker phones in the dining room for the cost of the entree at $23 that was disappointing. Apparently the same venue being used for two very different atmospheres from cafeteria to a fine dining. The very small bar is located in a separate room at the entrance and has terrible acoustics because mid dinner it was so loud it was annoying.
