I underwent Dr. Parsa's Quadfecta procedure approximately 30 days ago. These are my experiences, observations, and impressions. I did extensive research before selecting Dr. Kami Parsa to perform my upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer (without skin pinch or CO2 laser). I was especially impressed that Dr. Parsa first trained as an ophthalmologist and then completed a fellowship in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, considered the number one eye program in the country. He specializes in eyes -- no facelifts, rhinoplasties, breast augmentations, or body procedures. Like many highly skilled professionals, I believe what you do most, you do best. I traveled from Northern California to have Dr. Parsa as my surgeon. While not an enormous distance, it still required additional time, effort, travel coordination, and lodging expenses. At this point, my eyelids are approximately 40% healed. There is redness at the incisions but they are healing flat and smooth, with no puckering from overly tight sutures. My lids have some bruising. The hip area where fat was harvested is smooth, with no dimpling. For anyone considering surgery, I would offer a few tips: * Practice sleeping on your back with your head elevated weeks prior to surgery. * Use Mendora Skin Repair pre- and post-operatively, along with arnica and bromelain supplements. * A handheld shower head is invaluable for keeping water out of your eyes during recovery. Marie, Dr. Parsa's go-to person in the front office, is kind, considerate, and truly helps ensure that your experience is positive. Weinkei patiently guides patients through the medical protocols and answers questions thoroughly via phone, email, and text both before and after surgery. The surgical staff is friendly and reassuring throughout the process. On the day of surgery, Dr. Parsa came into the waiting room personally to update my husband, who is also a physician. Afterwards, my husband remarked about Dr. Parsa's demeanor and energy: "I can tell he's in his happy place." Dr. Parsa is not only an artist, but also something of a magician. My dark troughs and heavy eye bags are gone. Bruising on lids is fading. Even after surgery, you remain a priority -- follow-up questions and concerns are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Parsa. I came to him over two years ago and specifically requested a conservative lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning only. I told him that I did not want fat grafting and was especially concerned about changing the volume or appearance of my cheeks. I repeated my wishes even before going into the operating room. Despite this, fat was injected around my lower eyelids, in my cheeks, and in my nasolabial folds. Once the swelling subsided, my facial contour had noticeably changed, creating a new shadow line parallel to my nasolabial folds and a persistent lump under my right eye. When I initially raised concerns, I was told that no fat grafting had been performed and that my face had "collapsed" within two months. A year later, it was acknowledged that fat had been injected, but I was told that fat graft reversal is not something he performs. There were other potential options, such as light Morpheus8 treatment to reduce the fat, but no corrective plan was offered. I felt that my original wishes were not respected and that I was not given full transparency about what procedures were performed. For a significant period of time, I was told that no fat had been injected into my nasolabial folds, which was later contradicted. At my last visit, I was advised to accept the result and move on. I underwent an elective procedure with very specific requests, and I am now living with changes I would not have agreed to had I known they would be made. read more

A few reviews on here say the exact same thing I experienced I wrote a yelp review and they had it removed so I'm writing it again. I called in at 8 AM was very specific about my situation. I wanted to ask specifically if the doctor handled raDIESSE complications. She kept trying to schedule me for a consult, which of course cost I'm like well. Why would I pay a consult if you can't even answer if the doctor can address this so she finally said she'd ask she text me back right away as if she spoke to the doctor and said he only does two different kinds of facelift so I called back at 12:05 another girl really pushing me to do a consult. I said like the other girl said she asked the doctor and I want clarification on the face lift that he says he can do and why he can't do anything else and she said well the doctor hasn't even been here today so the first girl lied to me and the second girl just kept pressuring me like a car salesman to schedule a consult and pay for that she would not answer. She just kept beating around the bush as to whether or not he could address an issue with radius all in all I wouldn't go here. read more

Overall this place is very good, but the front desk experience is not great. Every time I have been to this office, almost everyone is always so nice, but Katy (Katie?) at the front desk always seems like she is in a bad mood. Awesome Dr with an awesome team! I had Trifecta lift with full face co2 laser by Dr. Parsa and I couldn't be more happier with the results! I'm 8 weeks post op and everything looks so natural. I started having puffy under eyes around the age of 28 ( both my parents had the same) . I felt very insecure about it , couldn't even put makeup on after a couple of years, the concealer just made the whole thing even worse. I had PRP lift once, ( fillers mixed with PRP) big mistake! It didn't last and for awhile my eyes were even more puffier. That's when i started following Dr. Parsa on IG and found out that I'm not even a candidate for fillers . I waited 2 years for my surgery and I'm glad I did. I was very nervous because I never had any surgery before but the staff made me feel safe, everyone was so nice and patient with me. The surgery was painless, I didn't even take any pain killers! Little discomfort with my eyes, they were sensitive to light for like a week but after that I was able to drive and go back to normal. I would rate 100 stars if I could. I started my journey with this office about six months ago for my tired looking eyes. When calling for a consultation, I was offered to be scheduled with Dr. Justin Karlin and I am so glad I decided to book with him. I had many consultations and he was the most thorough, most realistic, and so caring. I live a plane ride away but knew immediately that he was going to be my surgeon. Within the last six months, I have had many visits to the office for filler dissolving and follow ups and everyone is amazing. Over one year and a half has passed and I am getting worse and worse after a treatment Dr Parsa calls the "Duplex" which is frying your face with Morpheus8 and on top burning your skin with co2 laser. Thanks to Dr Parsa my life is destroyed at the age of 30. For 1,5 years I didn't leave the house. I am saving all my money for the deep plane facelift and full face fat transfer I need now thanks to him. And still after that I will have to live with the skin damage for the rest of my life. My dermatologist and my facelift surgeon told me both he must be a butcher doing this degree of damage to my face and skin.My skin looks like shriveled paper. All water, collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin is gone. He aged my skin 20 years. I have wrinkles all over my face. It looks like melted plastic. The grid marks and holes from the laser are still visible all over my face. They are catching the light and make it impossible to wear make up over it. I lost so much fat on my forehead and other areas that all my veins are visible. Because of the severe volume loss and loss of all structures that normally holds the face together my facial structure collapsed. The trauma to my skin resulted in rosacea and melasma at the same time. I can't wash my face without redness and rashes and at the same time its covered with dirty brown patches. Its devastating and there is no cure for that. I will never be able to face the sun again, go swimming or sit in an hot environment. I am crying every day because this is permanent damage forever. My life is over. I can't believe he is allowed to hold a laser or heat device in his hands. I can't believe I trusted an incompetent occuplastic surgeon with my skin. He really ruined a humans life. I lost everything in my life thanks to him and the consequences of his cruel treatment. My skin was not suitable for the co2 but because he is not a dermatologist he has no clue what he was doing. He never asked me if I get patches in the sun, if my skin is sensitive etc. How can someone use two heating devices AT THE SAME TIME? What's wrong with him? This is irresponsible and inhuman. I will never forgive and never forget this. Destroying one persons life is enough stop doing this so I don't understand why he keeps doing this treatments on human skin. He is money hungry. I have been seeing Dr. Parsa & associates for around five years and I have nothing but praise. I regularly receive injections and facials at Dr. Parsa's office and I get compliments on my skin all the time. It's tricky to find the right doctor and I had been to a few before I found Dr. Parsa. Please let me save you the trouble of going around to different offices in LA where you literally won't know what you're getting until it's too late. If you want a pulled, filled & unnatural look (some do, no judgement), Dr. Parsa is the opposite. I'm so happy I found Danielle for Morpheus8 treatments... she is truly so skilled! I'm super impressed and will definitely go back as well as recommend her to friends! For reference, I originally bought a package of 3 Morpheus8 treatments a couple of years ago at Dr Kami Parsa's office because it sounded like a new miracle treatment that I really wanted to try. After my first two treatments with the previous PA who worked there, I had pretty much written it off as a gimmick and colossal waste of money (these packages aren't cheap!). The first treatment was manageable but I didn't see any results. I mentioned this when I went in for my second treatment- the staff agreed and were all very nice so said they would add in a regular microneedling and PRP too as they had been seeing better results with that combo as I wasn't the only patient who was disappointed with initial Morpheus8 results. I really appreciated this attempt to get me better results, especially at no extra cost to me. But it was unbearable! I wasn't numbed for long enough. The microneedling was done first so my skin was already raw and sore, before going slowly and twice over my face with the Morpheus8 deeper needles. I was crying from pain and the treatment took a really long time- I must have been in there for almost 2hrs. Even after all of that torture, I barely saw results. So I was in no rush to go back to complete my package... and then COVID hit. Last month I realized I still had a Morpheus treatment left so figured I might as well try it again as I couldn't get a refund anyway. And I'm so glad I did! I didn't realize they now have Danielle working there who is a Morpheus expert! Firstly she's quick and she has a great technique which makes the treatment completely manageable (I'm never going to say being repeatedly stabbed in the face is my fave thing!) But most importantly, I really saw results after just 1 treatment with Danielle. So much so, that I actually bought another session of Morpheus which I did today and will likely do more in the future. I even rejoined the membership program at Dr Parsa's office and will absolutely go back to Danielle for more treatments - perhaps some under eye CO2 next?! I don't think I ever fully grasped how important the technician is vs just the technology. I guess I tended to think that as long as somebody was trained on how to use that you'd pretty much get the same result. Now I know this couldn't be further from the truth! Kami wasted time by talking about completely irrelevant scenarios, describing his surgeries as "home runs" and projecting things on his patients. I need to have a reconstructive procedure done on my eyelid and I have been aware of Dr. Parsa for many years and his work in this area. I called to get an appointment and was told that he was really only focusing on plastic surgery at the moment. I have previous fillers (done by another doctor), which I didn't like. He took the time to discuss my concerns in detail. Dr Parsa and his team are the BEST. I am a medical professional myself and found this office through a friend. Dr. Parsa is extremely ethical and honest. He recommended the cosmelan peel for my melasma years ago and I finally found a week of downtime to do it! Justine, his PA was knowledgeable and attentive. She also did the peel at the same time, it was fun comparing progress! She text me daily to check in and see how I was doing, answered any questions I had. I had my annual Duplex on Thursday to take care of some swelling from previous fillers done with other providers. I first saw Dr Parsa a few years ago as I had been unhappy with my eye area for a few years. My upper eyelids were sagging and my lower lids were puffy from previous fillers and tired looking.I had seen other plastic surgeons but wanted only the best to help me with my eyes. I no longer look tired and worn out like I have for years and I know it will only get better over the next few months. The results also look incredibly natural. I was very apprehensive about going for any kind of surgery especially eye surgery. I've been dealing with ptosis on one of my eye for quite a long time and decided it was time to correct it. It was looking worse over the years and got fed up with people asking me what was wrong with my eye. I wanted to correct it for mostly medical reason since it would get worse when I had allergies. Another reason I wanted to correct it was to not look completely off for my upcoming wedding. I did my research and found Dr. Parsa who was an eye specialist and knew that I had a good start. I'm so glad I went with Dr, Parsa and not a general plastic surgeon for my procedure. Let me start with the staff in the office. They were professional and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist would always greet me by my first name when I came in. Michelle was always pleasant on the phone when I called. Tammy was always pleasant with my interactions with her. My initial consultation was with Marie (patient relations manager) and she was sweet. She got my medical background information and explained the any financial questions I had. I decided to use an anesthesiologist instead of local anesthetics since I know I won't be comfortable being fully awake for anybody touching my eyes. The anesthesiologist called me the day before the procedure to answer any of my questions and the day of made sure all my questions or concerns was answered. He was very personable and had a positive attitude. The operation went smoothly and the results are phenomenal. It doesn't even look like I had a problem to begin with. There wasn't much bruising and the swelling was minimal with the recommendations (e.g. ice packs, etc) Dr. Parsa told me to do during recovery. Recovery was tough for about 2 days and after that the pain was only felt if I touched my eyelid. The pain completely went away after about 8 days. I'm 6 weeks post surgery and it looks great! I want to thank Dr. Parsa for being a master at his craft and the professional staff he has. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the results. When getting any eye work done, it is EXTREMELY important to seek out a doctor who is: 1) An actual eye specialist [not a general plastic surgeon who does shoddy eye work] & 2) A gifted artist Dr. Parsa is both!! He is an extremely gifted Oculoplastic & Reconstructive surgeon and an extremely gifted craftsman/eye artisan/reconstructive genius! 12 days ago, I saw Dr. Parsa for my Botox treatment and I must say I am truly thrilled at how incredible the entire experience was. First, I have a HUGE fear of needles. YOU MUST EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND how gentle this man's hand is, not to mention his skill and esthetic acumen. Not only did I have no trace of a bruise or a needle mark on my face, but the entire session was swift and completely pain free. His practice manager, Marie, came in to the room to hold my hand through the process, because she could sense the fear in my eyes. I felt like royalty the entire time. The entire experience was A +. Today, 12 days later, my Botox has fully settled and it strikes % precision: what needed to be raised is raised and what needed to be relaxed is relaxed perfectly, and whatever didn't need to be affected stayed the same!!! Dr Parsa is a top-notch surgeon and artist who specialized in beautiful eye rejuvenation results. The puffiness and dark circle have bothered me for years but surgery seems scary. I'm so glad I went through the procedure under the skillful hands of Dr Parsa. The fact that he explained that filler was not a good option for me and helped me understand what surgery results I could expect really made the difference. I sincerely dislike this office, between Dr. Parsa and Danielle, they're a bunch of crooks. I was recommended the Cosmelan Pack for $1200.00 this felt a bit steep. I asked Marie Antoinette (yes, that's the money person's name at the office) if the price was high due to their location, being Beverly Hills and all... she assured me I was getting a fair deal. Turns out it's $400 on Amazon. In addition, the consult was $500, they told me I could put the cost of my consult towards a procedure if I choose to go forward with anything. I went with a laser treatment for broken capillaries. Turns out Danielle could only treat ONE capillary for $500 because she had to make sure "I didn't have any adverse reactions". I was floored by the unethical and greedy tactics at this office and would advise you to keep away. $1900 was indeed a waste of my time and money for something I could have gotten online for a quarter of the price. read more

I am so thankful my dermatologist recommended an Ocular Surgeon- Dr.Parsa specifically instead of trying to treat my under eye area with superficial treatment options that could've potentially made these areas worse! Dr. Parsa along with his office staff have been so great from start to finish! He broke down my problem areas and gave me information that has been so helpful! He then gave me options to treat my under eye area. I decided to get a trifecta lift. It's a scary thing having an operation on your face, especially the eye area! But if you're considering it definitely check Dr.Parsa out! He made me feel calm throughout the whole process and WOW THE RESULTS! The stitches along my lower lash line were so skillfully placed-just so impressive!
