For $30.20. He clicks on the wrong package (error) .$30.20 was for 2 reg- drinks and 2 regular popcorns . $30 for POPCORN and SODA NO WAY...Triple AAA states non refundable nor transferred. We immediately phoned Triple AAA customer support team . They stated there policy, over and over Zee than Joan stated "she was the supervisor and the highest to speak with "! But will contact my support team , they will contact you 72,hours via email or phone for a request for a refund . They are the only ones who can make that decision. We wasn't asking for a refund just transfer or credit for the movie package this was done immediately after this purchase error. We NEVER received a CALL nor an EMAIL . I than phones today and spoke with a representative and was told over and over . "There is nothing we can do " ! Just buy the 2 movie tickets . That was there solution.Then we will have paid over $60 for just a movie and a popcorn and soda . That's CRAZY . After being a 10 year loyal customer paying premiums never late that is how you treat people, WOW !! So family steer clear away if they don't support LOYAL customers. Don't purchase packages from them . They WILL NOT help You . Moving forward we will NEVER purchase anything from them . We will just stay with Road side service !

It wasn't immediately clear where I had to "check in" at until I just wound up knocking on the back door and was greeted by a woman who told me to come around and helped me. They were out of flatbed trucks even though I reserved one. Whoever had my truck hadn't yet returned it. I ended up having to get a van which I was scared to drive because I am NOT used to driving a car I can't see out the back of. The van did come with a camera as you back up but that's about it. I did safely drive the van to transport my mattress into my new place (by myself!) and returned the van the same night as instructed. All in all, everything was easy from check in to check out.

Talk about great timing with scoring their season winter deal! This last month I had to look for a bigger storage unit and just happened to check back to see if this location had any deals. SCORE! When I had searched online I wasn't sure how long their Winter Deals would last so I just held the unit (free to reserve, no credit card required, no obligation). An associate called me to confirm and I had mentioned I wasn't sure how much space I needed so we set an appointment to look at that space I reserved, and to look at other spaces. The associate that day, Tina, had helped and was very nice, knowledgeable and so easy and pleasant to work with. Her colleague, David that was also there was very nice too. It was a seamless process. She showed us the first unit which we weren't too sold on so she showed us another and gave us some good insight for the things we needed to store. Overall it was a really good experience. The place is clean and tidy. Be sure to keep checking back on their prices as it changes and seasonal deals come along. I am very satisfied with everything so far - the service, the prices, the location and cleanliness. And they do rounds and check every day to make sure everyone's locks are secure!

They have me the custimer namr at 1st last name Callins , then when after we cleaned Chris the employeeat the desk told Kisti that we had been done cleaning Serigio Ortegas unit ! Why is he providingfalse statements??? . There was over 70 boxes in that unit and had insulation hanging from the sealing, it was hard to work inside with all that insulation floating in the air. When we opened them, 100% of them had cleaned out garbage inside or garbage, the type you sweep off the floor in them with durt and different peoples information ( not 1 person ) I also asked for the lean information and it did not match any of the random information we found. 100% off all WAS GARBAGE. Also Chris and his manager Kristi are not friendly at all. I ask myself How can There be over 70 boxes and they all had garbage Clean out in them. I asked for help and the manager hung up on me threatening to red flag me ( forcing the clean out ) Then hung up. Chris the employee at the desk has no people skills and would get mad when talking, i am a very calm person and asked him to not talk to me that way. We had our unit here for almost 9 years, and it was an amazing experience for most of that time. Unfortunately, ever since management changed, everything has gone downhill. There have been rodents and droppings everywhere, and it affected my belongings pretty badly. To make matters worse, I found out they haven't had on-site management for over 2 months. That's honestly ridiculous. People have had their units broken into, and there wasn't even an email sent out to notify customers. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:06, and there was nobody there. At first I thought, "No worries, things happen for a reason." But then I found out there was no one there because they haven't had management for 2 months. This is exactly why so many people are moving out. I'm honestly devastated because I get attached to places, and this storage facility has been part of my life for almost 9 years. Unfortunately, I have to move my belongings elsewhere. I really hope Premier gets new management because I would love to come back someday. But for now, I can't recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories, Premier.
