The team at this place are the absolute amazing in customer service and personality plus. It's safe and secure and always say hello when they see me and if I forget to lock my unit they let secure it and calls me right away since I'm always in a rush. They are kind and sweet. I rented a storage unit here for the last few months. I've referred 3 people because I thought this was a great place to store my items. At the end of march I stopped by there to grab something from my unit, only to find a yellow tag and the company's lock on my unit. I paid my bill on time, the office was closed so I left a message. i thought they had my unit up for auction I was so confused. I never received a call back so beginning of April I stopped by again and still their lock was on my unit. I called and left a voicemail again. They finally called back saying they found my unit without a lock. When I finally was able to get to my unit during office hours, they took their lock off. I opened my unit to find more than half of my belongings gone. I called the office , the said they were closing and to make a police report. I asked her when they found my unit unlocked. she said March 15, 2023 so then I asked when the last time my code was used and she stated March 3rd, 2023. I used to work at a storage company 10 years ago and we had to do lock checks everyday. So why was my unit found without a lock 12 days after my code was last used? I asked about cameras and the number for the insurance company and she blew me off. I then asked if I can move to a different unit at no cost so my storage doesn't get broken into again and they said I had to pay $45. I think this is a horrible company with shitty customer service and I will not be staying here I will go rent somewhere else. I regret referring people here. Dont rent here. read more

By far the worst facility I've been to they are insanely rude and lack basic customer service. I move into this location this month and have received nothing but bad customer service from both the people working there especially the woman who says her name is Coleman probably isn't. They also have a pest problem which they should deal with. There are much better facilities and I regret choosing this one. read more

UPDATE: Statewide has now heard the pleas for better lighting and has added REAL LIGHT to their units! Yippee! If I need a place for all my chizz in the future- I am going here! Amy runs a great facility and I've been a client for well over three years with no problem. The grounds are well-maintained with a clean restroom (which means the world when you have kids, lol) Pricing for units is competitve and they don't run any of those bogus specials (like first month free and then we stick it to you afterward) so you know exactly what you will pay. I really miss Statewide, almost enough to go out and buy some stuff just so I can put in one of their storage buildings. read more

Amy runs the storage facility and does a pretty good job. She is always very friendly and helpful. The storage has decent lighting and wide interior driveways. It is not too difficult to get around in. They have a pretty good variety of unit sizes. They also have a neat alarm system, and I believe they have not been broken into. My father-in-law has used Statewide about 3 times now. It always seems to be a last minute necessity, and Amy has been extremely helpful and understanding each time. Honestly, we probably would have probably forgotten about Statewide, or looked elsewhere for storage had it not been for Amy's outstanding customer service. read more

My husband and I rented one of the commercial bays as Print Club for over 10 years through multiple managers. The current manager is Storage Pro. We gave our written 30 day notice to vacate on April 15, 2018. We also also sold our business so had another tenant for the space. We paid the full month's rent for the month of May. A new lease with the new tenant was executed in May. As of today, August 1, 2018 we have not received our last month's rent or security deposit in the a,punt of $3,300.00. We keep getting the runaround that it's in the mail.. read more

I just rented a unit here, it was a very easy rental, the property is very clean, the customer service is awesome, I like the easy drive up keypad access compared to other storage centers. My hunny and I have 3 units in this place for the last 3 years. Really love the customer service that Amy and her staff gives. Amy will give courtesy calls for billing, check units, and have a friendly smile when you walk in the door. Recently noticed that I have not seen Amy and staff, the service is not the same. When making payments the computer always seem to be down, always confusion, everyone seems lost, they even made a mistake and tried to put us on auto pay with out approval. Really miss the old staff and the customer service that Amy provided. read more

This review is about 6months overdue. Don't have much experience with storage until I had to move pretty quickly and store pretty much my entire home. I had always heard lots of horror stories from others about storages and so many negative things so when looking for a storage unit to store my belongings I was really picky. I had already seen lots of good reviews about state wide storage and I reached out to them to get some information on pricing and other things and I spoke with Arriana. She was beyond helpful she walked me through the process I went in and met with her she showed me a couple units the whole transaction was smooth. She was super friendly super informative and just made the process so easy. Always available to answer questions and really just care about their customers more than just being a job. A few years ago I was going through a really rough time and ended up renting a storage unit when I moved into my nana's house. Amy was amazing in every aspect, very friendly. Since my nana was the one who originally signed the contract, she got a unit that was bigger than I really needed and Amy was very accommodating about helping us find a smaller unit that was the right size for us. The pricing is reasonable and the facility grounds are clean. I had never gone after dark, so I can't comment on the lighting issues people have talked about but I had an overall pleasant experience and would definitely rent again. read more

Go see Amy! I have rented here 2 times and had a third experience when I brought my bil to rent here I absolutely love Amy. The first time I got a small unit for a great price. My bil did the same. This time I got the largest unit they offer. Amy both times, had a special I qualified for, half off the first 3 Months of rent, with no minimum time to stay. The second time, they extended me to 4 months because they knew I needed it I love that they pro rate your rent if you leave early. The large unit only ran me $115, AWESOME. Public Storage ran $400. It is so secure, with someone always on site, along with the alarms they have installed. We felt so secure there. Amy made us feel so welcome. She remembered us when we came back with my bil and I was pregnant. When we came back again, she knew immediately who I was over the phone, and asked how the baby was! Mind you, there was a year between this! I love it. Her mom and dad help run it also, and they are so friendly. Her mom made my bil feel so welcome when she sparked up a Convo about the origin of our last name :) qShe makes us feel so welcome. I will always return to statewide, along with referring it. Again, I'm giving another terrible review for this place as of today. I went in there with my $317.50 to keep my unit from being auctioned. After numerous phone calls and letters, they had *suddenly* remembered just after I paid my bill, that they *forgot* to tell me I needed a new lock for my unit since they had cut mine. Early this week I was notified there was only a lock on top of mine and the one I had was still secure. Obviously upset, I told them I was informed my lock was still there. All I got was an apology and, "but hey, you can buy one of our locks for $13". No thank you. I drove to Target and bought one and returned. The manager, Amy, met me at the hallway of my unit. She practically shoved me out of the way to get there first. As soon as we got to the door, with her back to me to hide what she was doing, she cut my lock off. Then she moved around to allow me to see they were cutting their own lock off. Mine was there the whole time. Not good business practice! I'm reporting to BBB and anyone I can. What a terrible experience. :( read more

My experience with statewide storage when you come into there office they are very nice and helpful I purchase statewide pad lock from them I stayed a short time in Antioch then moved to San Francisco and called monthly to make payments and every once in a while I would check on my storage and noticed my property had been moved around I asked Amy do anyone else have the key to my storage Amy replied no my storage was packed with very heavy furniture and my entire property from my house was in there over the four years the employees were helping there selfs to my property steeling and when I changed the lock that week are second week entire staff retired I called the police I absolutely would never ever recommend statewide storage to anyone read more

Happy with the facility and was a big fan of prior management. When the facility was taken over by Storage Pro rate was hiked twice in one year. When asked if I could get a discount from that increase having been a renter for 24 years, I was told they could give me 2 more months at my existing rate, but would have to hike it at the end. Don't get me wrong, the facility is well-maintained and the current manager very friendly and helpful (Jesusa many thanks), but I think when these facilities get taken over by Wall St. public companies, the small town feel (and certainly the price) is lost. But for the back-to-back price increases in a short time frame, I would give them a much higher rating. read more

The personnel is very friendly, willing to answer questions, and process payments quickly. The grounds are clean and the restoom kept open during business hours; I was able to wash my hands after cleaning my toddler's sticky face, which was nice. This storage facility is a bit expensive; a few months after getting the storage unit, the monthly rent was increased due to "steadily rising expenses." The units have no electricity inside, so how operating costs are assessed might appear questionable. Yesterday while looking through our items, my husband heard rats scurrying on the roof and in neighboring units. Statewide Self Storage would get the full 5 stars if it weren't for the rent increase and rats. read more
