Went over pre and post instructions. Showed her my inspo, she took some pics of my lips before and after. Nurse Michelle was my lip injector and she is as thorough as can be. Says if I want more and not satisfied with the results, come back to see her. I was so so scared. I work in Peds and give vaccines every day. She broke it down in a few syringes and was very gentle. I felt relaxed and had so many questions. I was a bleeder of course. lol. She checked in with me through the whole procedure. End results are what I cant wait to see. No matter how close I want to get my lips to be, it won't be perfect. I really love love love them so shout out to Nurse Michelle. I love her lips too. So naturally shaped. I had a horrible experience at the Curtner location years ago where a new esthetician kept going over the same spot over & over & over again. I switched to the Coleman location and I was so happy to find Cherice. I'm not too talkative, so I appreciated that she knew not to make too much small talk.. she was quick & efficient. Now I'm on a hunt for a good esthetician. Overall, everyone that I have encountered at the Coleman EWC is friendly & welcoming. I hope I can find myself another esthetician that I will like as much as I liked Cherice.

A few minutes into the wax, she begins to ask me how often I exfoliate. From there, she goes on to say that I don't exfoliate enough, how important exfoliation is, and how she can tell that I don't exfoliate enough (I guess from my hair, idk). She then asks what products I use and how often I use them. I forgot the name of the exfoliant I use in the shower and when stating that, Marianahi just laughs. The comments about exfoliation continued for half of my waxing time. It was extremely repetitive and honestly left me feeling odd. I didn't know what to say after a certain point of her continuing to talk about how important exfoliation is. Aside from that, she stated that she could not get all of the hairs on my legs due to lack of exfoliation. I wasn't aware of how much hair was remaining that she couldn't get as I couldn't see my legs, but she continuously stated that my lack of exfoliating was the reason she could not take out all of my hairs. It wasn't until I went home that I noticed a majority of my hair still there, and I found it hard to believe that not exfoliating as much as Marianahi prefers is why my legs still have most of the hair still on it. I had to shave my legs and felt like I wasted so much money on my wax. In addition to this experience, when I checked out, the lady at the front desk was really trying to sell me on a wax package stating that I would save a lot of money and get a few free waxes. Even after I stated no several times, she still continued to try to sell me on the packages, to which I still said no. When she finally was able to accept that I wasn't interested, she wanted to rebook my next appointment to which I stated I only wanted to rebook for 1 service since my hair doesn't grow back that often in other places. She seemed as though she didn't understand what I was saying and was in disbelief. All in all, I'm not sure if this is a universal experience at European Wax or just this location, but I absolutely will not be back. I might go to another location one day, but I'm skeptical of even doing that from my experience here.

When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
