We made resos for Saturday evening. Seated on time. A few diners present when we arrived and by the time we left, place was packed. Service friendly and prompt. Overall food and cocktails are solid. Some of the items we ordered really shone such as the Seoul Wings and the Dolsot Bibimbap. The banchan (side dishes) were stellar. The kimchi was perfect for my tastes: crunchy, bubbly, slight tang. Mmm!

After an intense afternoon at the Auschwitz exhibit at the Cincinnati Museum Center, a low key dinner to debrief seemed perfect to my husband and I. Kanji OTR at Findlay Markey was perfect! Knowledgeable server (she's tried everything), quiet ambience and good food added up. We started with a veggie roll, my husband had his favorite, the Korean wings, and I went with Udon veggies and tofu. Fresh and ample!

Place was packed on a Saturday evening, but not so packed that we couldn't get a seat at the bar. I went with the tteok-bokki and shared a big baller roll with my friend. My impressions were just alright - the food got the job done but I wasn't too impressed. However, service was good and shoutout them for putting the Kentucky Derby on!

This place is still top notch. Food is amazing, drinks are delicious and service is super friendly and attentive. If you have not tried Kanji OTR you need to.

What delicious sushi! After a week long service trip, we were able to go to Findlay market, others who had been before mentioned sushi and since it is my favorite food, I had to try and! We came during half price hour which is also a nice treat. I had the Joe burrow roll, because when in Rome. I also had a the tsunami roll that was raw delicious and fresh! Just like I love! Check this place out; if you are in the area! I can't wait to go back!

Street parking was available. Our server was very polite and told us the popular menu items frequently ordered, Wings along with something else. We decided to try thr wings, ugh, I'm glad he told us because they were perfectly cooked, seasoned and the sauce is finger licking good. Our server came over with 4 small dishes with roots/veggies seasoned very well for us to get and if wanted, to add to our meals. The shrimp fried rice was good but could've used more seasoning in it. The galbi, I couldn't stop eating this (beef) because it's seasoned so well . This is a place I'd definitely come back to.

I absolutely MUST STOP BY here anytime I'm in Cincinnati! Found it last year while at the Findlay market and now I ALWAYS have to go! The kimchi soup was perfect for the cold weather, the Seoul wings are PERFECT! Crunchy, sweet Korean flavor, and the sushi is always 1/2 off so I always have to get a few rolls! Soo good!!! We just parked somewhere and took the Connector cable train that stops right in between Findlay market and Kanji!!

First time going to Kanji! I've been planning this date for my girlfriend and I for a while now and it was everything I imagined! Love that the interior has a lot of plants, makes it a welcoming setting. We ordered everything at once. We got the Hot Sake, a lemonade(free refills), Seoul Chicken Wings(must have) and the Beef Bulgogi. For the sushi rolls we got the Tokyo, Crazy Spicy Cali, BTS, Sunday Morning and Sweet Potato. Everything was amazing and the staff was great! We'll be back!

We were staying up the street while in town for a work trip and were trying to decide on dinner the first night and we found Kanji with great reviews so we decided to give it a try! The AC was broken that day but that did not change our experience- our whole experience was amazing! Between the 4 of us we ordered a good amount of sushi rolls, mixed drinks, and more. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in her recommendations for not only what she finds best as we asked her, but other local things we could do since we'd never visited Cincinnati before! We did not have a single roll that we didn't love! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Sushi was okay, but for half-price it's 5 star What I really enjoyed was iced matcha! It had an amazing hint of honey, and looked really nice in the cocktail glasses Service was high-tier! We've been seated fast and got enough attention from the waitress. The closest parking lot is 2 minutes away, $3 per hour

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or for a fun dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in and changed our grill out as it got charred. If you order the Dinner hotpot, BBQ, or both you get access to the full menu. On weekends they make you do the dinner option, but it was great to try their different cuts of meat! The atmosphere was great: huge variety of sauces and toppings. The meat was very good quality. Maybe a bit on the lean side for beef but I preferred that given the volume of food. The premium beef short ribs and angus chuck flap tail had better marbling, very tender and delicious. The price was definitely worth it for the fresh good quality meat and produce options! Included in the all you can eat were some made to order appetizers, an Ice cream bar, and several premade desserts and appetizers at the cold bar which were also pretty good! Much better than the premade dishes you'd find at a traditional buffet. The nice thing about the location too is there are several shops around the center that you can mosey around before or after eating and make a whole day of it

I went for lunch and they weren't very busy, the server checked on me multiple times and made sure to ask regularly if I needed anything else including more Hot Pot items or drinks. She also promptly cleared any empty dishes which kept the table tidy. Since I chose the Hot Pot only option this time, they placed a grill cover over the grill to add extra table space which is a nice option to add extra space, especially if there's a big group and getting a lot of food plates. The dining room is always super clean and warm. The music can be a bit loud at times, but not too bad and it adds a little privacy to your table and group. For the food, I can say I always enjoy eating here and I love the Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Bobas. I usually go for the K Town Special Broth and fix it up with chili oil, a couple sauces, peppers, onions, and spices. The versatility of everyone being able to create what they like makes this place great for large groups.

If you are not expecting it, it can be a shock for sure. He would frequently check in on us and make small talk, give us recommendations on the menu, how to order, even so far as to grab our stone bowls after they were served to stir them. For me, it was overbearing and I was not a fan of someone touching utensils after we were served without asking but I ended up still giving 5 stars because he meant well. Right after he continued bringing dumplings and serving them to us just to be nice! No additional charge, and he would've continued making them unless we refused after bringing 2 whole orders. When he learned it was our friends birthday he brought out moonpies and a bag of some korean snack just for her, even though they dont have dessert on the menu. Even as you walk in, you'll notice from the decore that is very much a small business. You have a button to press to notify the owner you're there, get drinks, and a QR code to order. That being said the service is very timely, high quality fresh food comes out super hot, and he was very nice. Be aware of the social experience because that is a big part of the restaurant. Can be a positive or negative depending on your what you like.
