Amazing service and an introverts dream…read more I've had about 15 massages here. Only 1 massage therapist spoke more than 2 words to me. All of them simply do a light rub down and then immediately pin point my troubleshoots and get to work fixing them. I've had knots in my upper back, a pinched nerve in my glute, and a variety of aliments. They are able to figure out exactly the problem just by touch. It's amazing! And I don't have to deal with small talk when I'm there to try to get fixed up and am in a bad mood. But I always leave in a great mood! I also love how they have the tip suggestions posted based on time which makes it very easy to calculate especially since they are great at giving lots of good deals so it can be confusing calculating. One of my favorite things is that they accommodate last minute appointments. I find it very hard to schedule anything in advance. I consider this place an important need for my health, and am happy to be able to afford to come here and tip well without braking the bank. They have great prices and give deals if you purchase a package. Some parts are not the most fancy....but I'd much rather have massages that I can afford on a regular basis than go somewhere more pristine and only be able to go 1-2 times a year. Also the front desk woman has always been very professional and kind, even when I'm running late.

I was surprised when I was assigned a male therapist while my boyfriend was assigned a female therapist. I did not realize this until after they started massaging us. During the massage, the therapist began massaging and touching my glute area without my consent, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult for me to speak up in the moment, but I eventually worked up the courage to ask whether we could switch therapists. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that they were taken seriously. They laughed and said "ok" which made me feel dismissed. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I also did not receive any apology for the distress the experience caused me. What was particularly confusing to me was that my boyfriend did not receive any glute massage during his session, so our experiences differed despite being there together. This experience was deeply upsetting for me and brought back memories of prior trauma. While I cannot speak to anyone else's intentions, I can speak to the impact the experience had on me. What should've been a celebration for a special occasion left me feeling distressed, violated, and shaken by what happened. This review reflects my honest recollection of the experience and the impact it had on me, and I stand by it. I am sharing it because customer comfort, boundaries, and therapist preferences matter. I hope future customers who make similar requests have those requests respected and that concerns raised during a session are met with compassion and understanding instead of what I experienced. Note: this was from well over a year ago and I have edited the review to clarify my experience and feelings.

I've been to different massage places but this was the most unusual experience. Most of the time the massage was dry rubbing or constant rubbing me. It was also pulsating massage instead of a nice subtle pressure. I've done deep tissue and swedish at multiple places so I thought this was odd. Additionally, when they massaged my neck, I felt like they were pressing down on my carotid artery. Overall, I felt like the person doing my massage wasn't trained well or it was overall very odd. I disliked the constant repetitive rubbing over my shoulders. There was no compression and it just felt like they were just rubbing to make me feel like this was deep. There was no variation in technique at all. I was really disappointed by my experience.

It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. I opted for a combination gel manicure and gel pedicure, which was amazing! The best part is almost always the warm foot bath, massage, hot stone massage and hot towels! When it came to the manicure, it's actually a dry manicure, which I've never had before, nor have I ever heard of them! Let me tell you, there is such a thing as a dry manicure and I prefer this way better than a wet manicure. I have eczema, so I am very selective of nail salons and this was great! The different drill bits that Tracy used are to exfoliate the cuticles and around your nail bed, so minimal cutting/trimming is done. I made another appointment through their website for 07.13.26, again with Tracy, to have my gel manicure and gel pedicure removed and this time chose the combination classic manicure and classic pedicure. Basic treatments as before except for regular polish, not gel. Loved every minute of it! I would highly recommend this place! Convenient location. It's near a parking garage or there is street parking. The service and quality is great! The people are nice. It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Thank you Tracy for a great experience!

It was easy to schedule an appointment through their website. I am so happy I did and can't wait for my next manicure! I decided to go back to my natural nails so I got an acrylic removal and a gel manicure. I can't state enough how impressed I was with their attention to detail during the entire experience. They did not rush through the process and took their time to paint on the nail design I requested. I sometimes don't have a ton to chat about but everyone was nice and let me sit quietly listening to the music and watching people queue on the boba line outside. Needless to say, I highly recommend.
