Their service included all platters, plates, and cutlery. The team was kind and professional. We did hot/cold heavy-apps, in total 8, which included a cheese board and hummus/dips. The food was outstanding, everyone raved about it. It was expensive but this approach allowed me to have more people join and I was able to enjoy time with guests without worrying about food or that someone had a drink. One minor frustration was the contract process, it should be standard practice to have an agreement that outlines all details, including the agreed to menu, and to have it signed by both parties. It felt like they were inconvenienced by this request. That said, I would recommend Essential Chefs Catering to anyone!

You wouldn't think it by the name, but Martha's is a Lebanese restaurant with a great menu that won't overwhelm you. The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and overall just wonderful people. I went crazy and ordered the Steak Shawerma, 3 piece Falafel, baba ghanouj and hummus. The steak shawerma came with rice pilaf and a garden salad and was so good that I'll be going back to try their chicken one. The falafel was perfect. It wasn't oily and had just the right amount of flavoring and crunch. The baba ghanouj and hummus were to die for. I seriously had to keep myself from eating the entirety of the containers. They are currently remodeling the dining area so I can't comment on the ambience, but for what it's worth I like the quaint look of the place from the outside and the ease of ordering from the window. I'm a stickler when it comes to Lebanese food, but I'm so happy to finally find a Lebanese restaurant so close to me that it has officially become my go-to place for Lebanese food from here on out! We wanted a taco bar for dinner from day one, and Mezzanine offered an elevated taco bar that was wedding appropriate, and allowed us to make customizations along the way. Booking almost 2 years in advance, we also knew their traditional menu options were perfect if we changed our minds for a plated dinner. Their pricing is also very fair and allowed us to stay within our budget while also having an impressive spread. They are flexible and easy to work with and when COVID downsized our venue and list to the backyard, they didn't miss a beat. On the day of, the appetizers and taco bar were all delicious and the guests all raved about the food! The bartender service was great and kept drinks going all night. Their staff was friendly and service was top notch - they brought our wedding food dreams to life!
