The one star is because I waited 30 minutes for my nails to dry and the tech said I was okay. I carefully grabbed my wallet and they got ruined. He was so sweet and fixed them but then I had to sit another 30 minutes. He said they were okay again so I left. The nail polish must have been so old because it would not dry. I came back same day and asked if we could do a different polish cause the other was old. He said he was too busy and to come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. I scheduled a baby sitter and had to pay her twice. I'm sitting here in the parking lot and it's been 40 minutes and no one is here! I'm just really frustrated because it's a lot to get a baby sitter, leave my son and to pay out the money to get my nails done. Response to the owner: I didn't need to call ahead of time because one of your employees told me to come in at 10am. I will never return here. There are way too many good salons with great customer service in the area. Unfortunately I was treated very badly by one of your employees after making an appointment with them and sitting in your parking lot for an hour.

Who does work like this?!?! Nail tips that don't cover from one side wall to the other! The gel itself doesn't naturally blend in from the cuticle to the nail bed and there's no apex to be found, instead there's a bump to show how unprofessional the work was done! Then she proceeds to cut the cuticle after painting my nails and asked if I wanted cuticle oil?! I said no because at this point the nails looked hideous and I was pissed! Such a huge disappointment is an understatement!! I feel like teen nail techs from home can do a way better job than the so called "professionals." My nail artist, Allyssa, is very good at her job. She not only listens to what I ask for, but she gets the shape and the length perfect. I've only had one design by her so far, but I'm looking forward to having her work on some other nail designs for me. I also had the pedicure. The pedicure is a water free pedicure, which at first worried me because my feet are pretty dry. But the outcome was very good! I found that my feet felt better doing it this way than having my feet soaking water first. Definitely coming back for a pedicure again as well.
