Visiting from Texas and this is the service I get after waiting for almost 2 hours. I've had the worst luck with nail techs in salon settings and every time I "treat myself" it seems like I end up with all the bad ones, which is why I resort to the DIY Gelx at home or plastic nails from Walmart ! So I asked for Gelx and Tina said they don't provide that service there, so I ask for gel nails with almond shape and as you can see this is the result: FLAT NAILS to say the least! Who does work like this?!?! Nail tips that don't cover from one side wall to the other! The gel itself doesn't naturally blend in from the cuticle to the nail bed and there's no apex to be found, instead there's a bump to show how unprofessional the work was done! Then she proceeds to cut the cuticle after painting my nails and asked if I wanted cuticle oil?! I said no because at this point the nails looked hideous and I was pissed! Such a huge disappointment is an understatement!! I feel like teen nail techs from home can do a way better job than the so called "professionals." Honestly, take the time and effort to re-certify the skills needed in your profession to improve! Would you be proud of the work shown below? Cus I sure as hell wouldn't be! read more

I was walking by and was debating getting a pedicure and fill my gel nails. I asked for the price and the guy wouldn't tell me the price for the service just go look at colors. Lady comes out and is going to start and it was like pulling teeth to get a price so I could know ahead of time. As I sit there doing the fill I start looking around and the lamp was so dirty with nail polish. She wasn't friendly, hurt my nails. The color is nice. Didn't listen when I said manicure. Oh well. I did the pedicure. Probably the worst I've had. Seeing hair on my foot from the bath and blue dye gross. read more

I'm not sure how anyone would make the choice to get their nails done here. The place is disgusting. It is so dirty that you don't want to touch anything. Everywhere you look, there are layers and layers of filth on nail polish bottles. The tables, lights, floor, trash cans, faucet, nail dryer, and everything else. Disgusting. We came in for couples nails and he also got a pedicure. My bf's cuticles are destroyed. He was bleeding from like 4 fingers. My nails are tips with gel and the gel polish is getting chipped from only 2 days. All the tips have fading away gel which is not good. I've done gel several times and even to myself and it doesn't do that. We also was there for 2.5 hrs. We were being half served. One would file the nails, then wait, then the other would clean the cuticles, then wait, then someone else would come paint our nails. It was strange. Halfway getting my nails done the lady goes and does someone's brows. Won't be coming back. It felt very unsanitary in there as well. read more

I got my nails done here TWICE and both times were so bad. the first time some girl made my cuticles bleed and just covered it up with nail glue which is highly unpleasant. second time the girl was talking so much shit in vietnamese as if i couldn't understand it and didn't give me what i wanted then proceeded to tell me she didn't want to do the design i wanted. isn't worth the money and time. my nails both fell off 2 days after just having it done. i hate wasting over $60 on a set just for it to fall off in 2 days and getting shit talked on my nails for no reason. especially cus she thought i couldn't understand her even tho i was speaking fluent vietnamese to her. read more

I guess you get what you pay for and part of that is unprofessionalism. I called at 6:23pm. They close at 7:30pm. I asked if I could get a fill and the gentlemen said that he would be able to get me in if I arrived within 5 minutes. I was in the parking lot and walked in. I let him know I had called and he asked that I pick a color it is now 7:15pm and he has yet to acknowledge me. I completely get 15 minutes behind even 30 but almost an hour?! I let him know I was going to head home and was really excited to have my nails done as other shops I've been to have half the colors they do in gel. He said to come back tomorrow. I let him know I lived out of town but he did not seem to care and didn't bother to apologize or even ask me to wait. In my opinion it was really discouraging to have wasted an hour of my life but oh well "C'est la vie". read more

Overall prices aren't too bad. But when they are busy, they overbook themselves and it becomes a waiting game. They make people wait for 30 minutes to an hour saying it's only going to be 20 minutes. They will be doing your nails, and when it comes down to going to wash your hands for acrylics they will have someone else in your seat and they will make you wait again. In my experience the older lady with glasses is just rude, I haven't been back there because of how she treated me. She charged me twice and gave me a credit back and then tried to charge me again , yelling at me saying I wanted a free service when it was her fault she charged me twice in the first place. When she finally gave me a chance to show her my bank transactions and prove her wrong she didn't even apologize, she was like oh okay and went back to her job. Like what kind of person yells at you, embarrasses you in front of everyone and walks away. That was the last time for me doing business with them. read more

I keep giving them chances after chances but this was the last one. I made an appointment at 10:15 but was running late. I kept calling to let them know. They finally answered and said it was ok. I get there and there is a wait. Waited 20 mins but had a prior engagement. I called to set up a 12:45 appt and he claims that he heard 4:45. Again wanted me to wait 20 minutes. Kim does awesome nails! Hands down. DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT let any of the other 2 women working there touch your nails, the older lady with glasses who's desk is right next to the cash register has a horrible attitude, and does horrible nails, she claims to be doing nails for 30yrs when in reality she does worse nails than learning nail tech students. Not sure how she still works there. She is very short tempered and negative to feedback of her employees and paying customers of how you would like your nails. She acts like they do nails for free, when it's coming out of customers pockets. That women has bad energy. read more

3 of my nails fell off within a week! And when I went to get them fixed the man said he couldn't do my one nail (that was originally different that the other 4 on my left hand) and that he was going to charge me! When I paid for them to be like that just for them to fall off! He told me he would only paint them the burnt orange like the rest of them. This place never has enough people working here, most of the people don't know how to do pedicures right. Only one who does a good job on pedicures is this old man, I don't know his name though. However they do manicures well. Another problem I have with this salon is that the polishes are old they need new ones.
