The saleman us an elderly man with a rude side . I was looking at a car and when I went to the back and came around he's just standing there, Didn't say "can I help you?" Just standing there watching me like I wasn't supposed to be there. I told the owner I'd pass, then all he did was defend his buddy that's been there 25 yr n the most loyal subject he's had. I was very disappointed in the experience I had at this dealership. I have been ignored on two occasions. The most recent experience was very frustrating. There were three employees and not one of them offered to assist me. At one point I requested information on a car. The employee said he would be right back and never returned. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Doug is ok, but the other guy (can't remember his name) had as much personality as a buffalo in heat... only grumpier. The ONLY, and I stress ONLY, reason I bought my car here was because I fell in love with it. Here's my story: About a week after I scoped the place I called back to see if the car was still available. It was. I then asked if there was any way they could hold the car while I secured my loan. The answer I got back was a bit of a shock. In the sort of tone one would speak to a child in time out he told me that I would have to "put 1000 dollars down, and we will hold the car for one week. Got that? ONE week. No more." Why would I have to put money down to hold a car that I am already going to buy just to make sure it is still available after I secure my loan for it? All I'm saying is I did not deserve to be talked to in that manner just for asking a simple question. On a side note, the mechanic they use has no idea what they are doing. They put semi-synthetic oil in a 2008 VW Rabbit. The manufacturer specifically calls for full-synthetic or it could damage the engine. read more

NEVER go here - rude, rude, RUDE! This business needs to dry up and blow away. I've been there a few times (kept giving them the benefit of a doubt), and it's always the same. The man who was there (on 2 occasions) - about 6 foot, medium build, thinning hair, glasses, after I told him what I was looking for, took me to a car and said, "This falls in your price range and gets the mileage you want - if you don't like this car, I'm never going to have anything for you here." Then, after a brief exchange, he just walked off. 1 star is pretty accurate for Kars Now. Doug the owner was extremely rude. Not sure how he is still in business. I went in there to help my employee buy his first vehicle. He had never sone this before so we were hoping for the best because of their selection. We took the truck on a private test drive. Which he had a problem with, provably because he thought i would take it to a mechanic. Which i did in fact do.. My mechanic oointed a number of things wrong with the truck. Most importantlt that the odometer was tampered with. Also, we ended up fighting toward the end because i tried to ask him a question about his price. Honestly, I wish I could rate this place lower than 1 star. The owner, Douglas Jensen, was absolutely rude. We came in to look at a car we saw online but it was being detailed and every answer he gave us was combative and unhelpful treating us as though the car was too good for us and saying its just a cheap car and not to worry about the battery, etc. Understand that we are in college! The next day we came back and we were talking amongst ourselves about kelly blue book and he intervened in the conversation saying something along the lines of, "you can just throw the blue book out, you can play on your little cell phone as much as you want but that's not gonna do anything." We left immediately after that and will never be doing business with that dealership. WOW THIS WAS PROBABLY THE WORSE BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time - or your humiliation at this place. I went there twice. The first time they loathed helping me and finally just let me walk around by myself even after I asked a few questions. I asked my questions again and they rudely and crassly blew me off. Literally to my face. This Gentleman's name was Jack. I went back and asked to speak to a manager giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they just had a bad employee and that after letting the manager know about it they'd probably give me someone very helpful. Well when I asked to speak with a manager - the very unfriendly person sent me to... yup - JACK. Who proceeded to tell me that "he didn't care what the F@#* I thought about how I was treated the last time I came in" "he's the Fing manager and doesn't give a Sh**. I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. After my experience there, I knew that there were other bad reviews about this place and I needed to see how bad they were. Needless to say, they didn't disappoint. All these reviews are completely true! I received absolute horrendous customer service. I don't know how they can stay in business. Doug became a belligerent jerk when I inquired about the Carfax and asked basic questions. I ended up getting a much better deal (i.e. Price) on a better car with a better Carfax elsewhere. My dad and I went to look for a cheap reliable car. Doug came up to us and my dad told him that the price on that car that we liked was to high, Doug all of a sudden got disrespectful and rude and didn't treat us right, because we were looking for a car in $5000 range. We left. Things got good for my dad and the bank gave him $10000. We went back, After we told Doug that we were going for a higher priced car, Doug started kiss our ass. We are from republic of Georgia... My dad speaks fluent English but still has an accent... The guys were really disrespectful, treated us wrong and had terrible attitudes...
