Ordered a pizza and subs for pickup. Was ready when we got there. Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza was really good with a BBQ sauce on it or ketchup. They ask if you want ketchup on it when they make it since they don't put sauce on it but I recommend putting a BBQ or ketchup on it after this way to can mix it up. I took my three kids (9-13) and everyone was happy. The pizza was very good & reasonably priced. Taco Bell is in the shared space, which was helpful for us, since my middle child didn't want pizza. We had Kasa's takeout while visiting family. The pizza was delicious, but the bonus points for Kasa's comes from their gluten free pizza!! I have to admit a disappointing experience that has impacted my own like of Kasa's. I took my daughter there last week. Now, due to the construction on the road right out front, their business has been slower, so I thought a Monday night visit would mean fast service and that my daughter would have the play area mostly to herself. When I got there, I was right. Aside from two people who were having their ice cream, the place was completely dead. I ordered a chicken caesar salad for myself and a slice of plain pizza for my daughter. Add two bottles of water to that, and our total was $20. We were told they would call out number when it was ready, so I took my daughter into the play area and sat to watch her play while we waited. And waited. AND WAITED. Maybe twenty minutes later, as I'm preparing to devour my own arm for sustenance, someone came out with a salad and a piece of pizza on a tray. I eagerly met them halfway, and the person (a young man) said to me, "Sorry it took so long; I made the wrong salad the first time." He hands me the tray and hurries back into the kitchen, I can only assume to fulfill other orders (though, it's worth mentioning that there was literally ONE other person who had ordered between me ordering and me getting my food). I look down at the salad and see that, while it does have chicken, it is not a caesar salad. It's a salad comprised of iceberg lettuce, black peppers, jalapeño pepper slices, and cheese slices. I was far too hungry to bring it back and wait on a corrected order, so I picked all of the cheese slices and jalapeño peppers off of it, drizzled it with the packet of caeser dressing I'd been given, and ate it. Talk about disappointing. I know, though, that I could have gotten it corrected. So that part is my fault. I was just too hungry. My daughter liked her pizza, though. So that's something. read more

We have been ordering pizza/other food here weekly but recently have become increasingly disappointed. A couple of months back they gave away our food and had us WAIT 25 minutes (at 8:00 pm mind you) to make another with no offer of a discount, a complimentary bottle of soda, nothing. I mean come on how much does a bottle of soda cost considering they are one of the priciest pizza places around? As far as the food, its okay. I've had better - I've had worse. I've been going here for years but service is slipping fast. My last two orders were completely wrong. Tonight I'm told 20 minutes. I get there and am advised they left my order on the register and I'll have to wait another 20 minutes+. I promptly canceled the order. Dont waste your time and money here. There is nothing like this place anywhere around. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. The prices are decent. But the best thing about Kasa's and Taco Bell is the quality and taste of the food. I have never had hoagies, calzones, etc. packed with so much meat and cheese...usually places give you mostly bread. I've just moved into the area ,and as recommended by a family member, I ordered takeout from Kasa's. I have tried the stromboli, calzone and cheese steak and in every instance they were fantastic. The portions were large enough, even for the "individual" serving of the stromboli and calzone, that I had enough for a second meal. Excellent flavors and meat/veggie combinations. So the food is fine - Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Kasa's is a bit pricey and the food is just the good side of OK. But the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Also there is a two story+ play place that is a savior in the winter for the kids. I had to crack up over the review from the woman who said the counter staff were rude. I think I was there that night (the other lady). And yes the counter help wasn't smiley but she wasn't rude either. But the customer sure was rude. She talked about the girl like she wasn't even there and she was there and in hearing. Sadly many of the customers are quite rude and they don't even bother to watch or clean up after their own kids. read more

I have been going to Kasa's for years both before and after the new building. Tonight I had the rudest girl wait on us. There was no smile, rude snappy answers including to my elderly father in law who is difficult to understand. When I told her in a friendly manner that she should smile she replied oh and went on being the miserable counter girl that she was. My father in law ordered the 12.00 chicken basket with fries and thought it was overpriced but good. We got a pizza and although we usually love it tonight it was just ok. I have to mention the man making the pizza was smiling and seemed real friendly. I did mention my unhappiness to another lady at the counter and he answer was ok. Although we spend hundreds of dollars at Kasa's every year we will be giving our money to someone else after tonight. Note to owner have the pizza man train the counter help.... You are not the only option any more and we will be going to the competition from now on... thank your miserable counter help! cheers! read more
