No coffee or donuts at this location, I've never partaken so I'm not missing out. I've been coming to Toniy for over 10 years now and have followed her from salon to salon. She has picked places that are all about the same distance from my house so things are consistent. She always gives advance notice so I never end up at the wrong place and sends text reminders of the new location. Toniy is perfect. She always does my hair how I want it on that occasion. I go from long hair to a bob and sometimes with bangs. The hair color stays mostly the same. When I started going to her my hair was blond, now I've gone back to my more natural color, brown. It's a lighter color brown than what I was born with and it has beautiful light brownish highlights. That's how it's been for the longest time now. Toniy is always professional and cheery. She's never made a mistake and I always leave looking beautiful and feeling pampered. Hair health. I had fears when I first started getting my hair done that I was running my hair. As it turns out it's stayed pretty healthy all these years of coloring it. I haven't fried it once. Making appointments is a breeze. I book my next appointment at the end of the current appointment, which means I'm booking around a month in advance. That gives me my choice of days and times. I try to make them on Fridays when things are slower at work, but this time and next time it's going to be on a Tuesday as that's when I'm available. She doesn't work on Mondays so that day is out, which works for me. And if I ever need to change an appointment I just text here and we fit me into the schedule. I try my best to check my calendar to make sure I don't have any other engagements at that time, but life happens and sometimes I need to change my appointments. I found out that having appointments approximately one month apart is good for me as my hair grows out about an inch a month so to cover up those roots once a month works for me. I am thankful that I'm able to budget in getting may hair done. I hope this routine can continue. Parking has never been an issue at any of the salons she has worked at. They have always had a private lot or shared a lot with other small businesses. Getting space up close near the door has never been an issue, which could be an issue in the winter when it pours rain.
