Very kind and hard-working women (3) came to my house today. From the moment they set foot they got instructions and went to work without stopping for 2 1/2 hours. They (deep cleaning) cleaned (dusted, moped wiped down) 3 bath 4 bdrms kitchen and basement. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Especially if you're trying to sell your home or need it appraised. Kate and her colleague did a tremendous job in cleaning my place at a very fair price. I have only high marks for the quality of their work and promptness. Scheduling a second cleaning has been a completely different story. Every time I have called Paul (several times over the past two weeks), he has responded that he is not sure of Kate's schedule, and "will get back me". I never hear from him, until I follow up again. Common sense says he should have a calendar with her work schedule in front of him, so he can easily tell the client what dates/times work for her. It's hard for me to believe the business is run like this. Maybe they are so busy they don't need the work; I'm not sure. I decided to go with another cleaning company who can tell you their availability within a resonable timeframe. I don't think it's too much to ask for. read more

Kate and her team have been cleaning my home bi-weekly for awhile now. They do an excellent job on my home. Trust me my house is not an easy task either I own dogs and cats. When I finally did get through to someone, he promised to call back with their availability but never did (this happened twice!). I left messages and still nothing.
