She gave me a mirror for the part she finished but not the next part to check. When I got home I still had spots that were not taken care of that I had to do myself. I am paying for a service. I've been coming to them for a while now but I will be starting to look elsewhere because while the prices are very competitive and even inexpensive, I seem to always get extra costs tacked on at the end at every visit. I will get quoted one price for a haircut, and then they will charge me more when it's done because they didn't include the wash and dry in the quote. I'll expect the listed price for a simple manicure and then be charged more because I chose a specific brand of polish or because I needed gel polish removed (even though I got the gel mani FROM THEM). None of these extras are listed anywhere, it's like they just throw them around during and after the visit. It's very off-putting and I hope they will be more transparent with their prices.
