I came in on a saturday night looking for a sweet treat and katie's did not disappoint i walked in and was immediately greeted by the kindest woman (i never got her name) who walked me through the menu and gave me some lessons on Vermont and New Hampshire (im from los angeles). Katie's Cookies are awesome! Definitely check Instagram or Facebook for their daily and weekly specials. These cookies are made from scratch in their open concept kitchen. Having one cookie is like having 2 big cookies - or 4 small ones - and the icing and toppings are piled high. Usually what they top their cookies with is like a whole other combined experience with the cookie: they are that generous. I love that I happened to walk in when a worker was standing there and hand grating lemon zest and lemon juice for a seasonal lemon cookie. I wanted to get one but they would not be ready until the next day. Each day the flavors change, for instance, today's seasonal flavors are Katie's Chocolate Chip, Brownie Batter, Corn Bread, Pumpkin Whoopie Pie and Apple Crisp. Yum. Delicious!!! You can also get coffee, milk, chocolate milk and other drinks there. I love that the cookies come in a pizza box. It's a fun concept. Don't miss the events in their front window. read more

This is a charming shop just off the Lebanon green featuring cookies and only cookies (plus beverages). But there is a catch: once you have tried Katie's Cookies, there is no going back to any other cookie. I'm told that Katie started selling her cookies at a local farmers' market and immediately developed a huge customer base, so grand that she was able to open her own store. it's no wonder, and in fact the only wonder is how she manages to turn out such a phenomenal product so consistently. The cookies are generous in size and made with very high quality ingredients. I love that the menu varies depending on the day of the week, and the chocolate chip cookies are a daily staple. The staff is absolutely delightful! So friendly, polite, and always bustling. Patrons can grab a beverage and have a seat at one of about five tables or so to enjoy their treats. SO SO SO good. My friend and I got the cookies and creame and the caramel pretzel chocolate chip. Absolutely phenomenal taste. Wow - not a bad cookie in the bunch! Tried the apple pie, ginger, cheesecake, peanut butter and fluff and chocolate chip. Best cookie I have ever had. I was having a get together with friends and we had to bring 2 dozen cookies so I called Katie's Cookies and wow! That was the best decision I ever made I ordered 2 dozen variety cookies they were by far the BEST COOKIES I have ever had! My friends were blown away with how good they where! I will be ordering more for Thanksgiving! I just have to say they melt in your mouth and you will not believe how good they are. If I could give Katie's Cookies 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend them to anyone. I just gave my friends sister the website so she can order for the holidays. I just want to thank you for the amazing cookies. I first discovered Katie's Cookies during the Lebanon Farmers Market of Summer 2022 and quickly was hooked. I was so thrilled for her and selfishly the community that she opened up her own shop where the ice cream store used to be. I can now get Katie's cookies almost every day of the week. Her space is warm and inviting and smells like cookies. She has a menu of cookies that rotates weekly AND a special weekly cookie. I am partial to the coconut lime. She has a gluten-free option too. The cookies are large and seem reasonably priced for the size and quality at $3.25. Definitely big enough to share if you want to. It's a great addition to the food scene by the Lebanon Green. Stop and grab a taco at Lalo's and then after that, snag a cookie for dessert. You'll be glad you did! read more

Katie's Cookies are unbelievable.....as in unbelievably delicious. Fresh, generous chips and other added items, and clearly made with high-quality butter and flour. I ordered 3 different cookies--peanut butter chocolate chip, oatmeal/chocolate chip, and regular chocolate chip. Each was wonderful, though my favorite was the peanut butter chocolate chip (with a miniature peanut butter cup in the middle). I'll be going back for more--I want to give some as a gift to a friend and they're a great snack. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful. read more

At first I thought it was expensive but when they handed me the sandwich it was clearly over a pound of food. It was so big that it covered three meals for me. Rare that I can only consume 1/3 of a sandwich at a time. The meat they use seems authentic and tastes better than boar's head brand. The only drawback to Pellegrino's is that everything else in the shop is super expensive. Maybe because it's imported from Italy? Maybe because the tourists will pay? I couldn't stomach $5 for a medium size bag of chips. And there's no way I'm paying $14 for a package of croissants that can't be fresh. Having said that, some of the gourmet items would make great gifts if you are feeling generous. Frugal tip: Give it a try, split a sub with a friend and take it home to consume with chips and a drink you already have. On the go tip: don't try eating your sandwich while driving. It's messy.
