The Brussel sprouts were crispy & tossed in an aioli. I had the steak frites skewers. I loved all the sauce options that came with the steak. The garlic aioli was my favorite sauce. The fresh tuna, crispy rice and touch of heat worked really well together, and the contrast in textures made it one of my favorite dishes of the night.
