Stopped by for quick happy hour drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor felt like it brought me back to the Great Gatsby lol they had a live pianist as well which was cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was fast and friendly. The drink however was just okay. Couldnt really taste any watermelon sadly and couldnt really taste any chili either.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!! I cannot say enough about our server, Cole or the food. Everything was phenomenal. I highly recommend the Oysters Rockefeller and the eggplant Olivia. If you want stellar food......go to Gannons! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Don't be dissuaded because it's inside a hotel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food and service is amazing!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really pretty building being an old bank.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We walked by and saw a happy hour special for $2 oysters and had to try it. We ended up ordering a dozen and also ordered the bread pudding. Definitely get it, sooo good and was hot. It reminded me of Gordon Ramseys toffee pudding. Service was amazing and will definitely be back

We ate at Gannon's on November 5, 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a lively spot, and the place was packed when we arrived for our 7 PM reservation, but service was still fast and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted right away and enjoyed cocktails before our meal. My wife had the lobster bisque, and I enjoyed the turtle soup to start. We decided to split the double-cut pork chop--and that was definitely the right call. It was absolutely massive, and the flavors were great. The food overall was really well done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Gannon's is a fun, energetic place with good service and great dishes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What a wonderful dining experience! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our servers were great. We challenged them to get us out by 7pm because we had to get to a concert. They made it happen. All six of us were delighted with our meals. The portions were large and cooked perfectly. I can't remember a better restaurant experience. They knocked it out of the park!

Popped in without a reservation and was given a table. The staff were nice and didn't waste time on their kindness. Big plus. I ordered the Risotto to start off with and it was cooked perfectly with good flavor. I landed on ordering the 14 oz NY strip cooked medium rare. It was cooked as ordered with mushrooms on top. The steak was firm on the exterior, but very soft and tender in the center. The small ring of pink was on the edge, but primarily red in the center just the way I like it. Good steak and atmosphere.

We had an decent experience here. We were looking for a place to have dinner before seeing a show at the TPAC, and this could not have been more convenient. I was looking around and this place had great reviews, with an unbeatable location. The food was alright, nothing really impressed us. We got a variety of appetizers and entrees, from the prime rib, to the chicken piccata, to the timpano di manzo, as well as empanadas, oysters, and a salad. Of all of those, the empanada appetizer was our favorite, but everything else wasn't really anything to write home about. The inside is very swanky, we loved the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was alright. It's a nice option to stop at before going to the TPAC.

Saw a reel on Instagram that Gannons has the best espresso martini in Nashville. My bestie and I had to go and see for ourselves! The vibe is giving, "roaring 20's!" There is a live band that performed throughout our meal, it was a bit loud so I felt like I was yelling across the table. Our meal started with a charcuterie board that while delicious would have been better with a variety of crackers or cheese knives. Our meal was delicious, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. One of the specials was brussel sprouts which I had to try, they were amazing! Ironically our servers name was Max, which is my best friends husbands name! He was very nice and offered his suggestions when reading the specials and taking our orders. Finally the espresso martini, in my opinion it was not the best I've ever had but maybe it was just an off night!

Context: I went with a friend to catch up and try this restaurant - first time for both of us. It's inside the Courtyard Marriott on 4th Downtown. When you come in the door, go to the left and go around to enter the restaurant. There's live music and bring a jacket in case it's as cold as it was when we were there. Love: portion sizes are big; shrimp dish was flavorful, timpano similar to a beef wellington, fried (whole slice of) pecan pie reminds you of fried sweets from the fair; glass of Chalk Hill chardonnay; service was kind and attentive Like: Lobster bisque was rich (seemed like there was a lot of cream or more than I'm used to)

Some people are dresssd up and others are dressed casually. The turtle soup was like a chili bean soup type thing. It was ok but not something I'd come back for. The empanadas are worth writing g home about if you're thinking about it and you like duck and you like empanadas, you cannot go wrong with this app I was delighted to learn the meatballs, had no pork in them, but they were a little dry inside because of that. The portion was huge. The eggplant appetizer had some kick to it and some seafood, and it was a surprising delight, drenched in cheese if you like either or both of those things do not pass on it. We were actually so full from the apps we skipped the main and had dessert. Pecan pie is deep fried like an Oreo which is a unique twist. Overall dinner was lovely and service was good.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Food, service and ambiance are top notch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't forget the amazing cocktails. We had the bacon old fashion and bourbon espresso martini. The duck empanadas are my all time fave

Gannons was great-shame on me for not realizing that they were actually in a hotel. I think maybe that contributed to a little bit of my personal experience, and I was a single diner and I know servers kind of shy away from that. Though my server was actually very nice and very thorough, I felt a little rushed through the whole process. I think I wasn't even there an hour. Regardless, I had a beautiful lobster bisque. I had a beautiful cocktail that I can't remember the name of, but it was great, I had a great glass of Zinfandel, and I had a fabulous prime rib that I loved around, bringing it back home on the plane because I got only like 1/4 of it. Order a sub for the potato or vege side- took one bite and that was a wrap! I would highly recommend this place, but definitely let them know that you want to take your time and just chill. Otherwise, they will get you in and get you out.

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. We walked in around 5:00 PM, and there were very few people in the bar. We had a party of six, so we sat down at a table and waited. After sitting there for a while without anyone coming over, I finally went to the bar. Shortly after that, a waitress came to our table, so I went back and we placed our order. Then came another long wait, we waited about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, even though the bar was nearly empty. On the bright side, the drinks were great. I ordered an El Carajillo, and it was really good! The horchata crème in it was SOOOO good and definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service issues continued. When the waitress brought the check for me to sign, I realized she had not returned my credit card. I had to track her down to get it back, and while doing so, I ran into another customer who had experienced the exact same thing. They have great drinks and normally provide a good experience, so hopefully this was just an off night. But on this particular Friday evening, with the bar barely occupied, the service definitely missed the mark.

Staff at the humidor offered zero guidance or recommendations. Drinks were forgettable, and we had to fetch them ourselves from the bar like we were at a college sports pub instead of an upscale cigar lounge. Then came the cigars. We were left to cut and light them ourselves, which would've been fine if every disposable torch in the place wasn't nearly empty or completely out of butane. Nothing says 'premium lounge experience' quite like fighting for a working lighter. To top it off, the moment a large group walked in, the bartender started loudly screaming out drink orders across the room. The entire atmosphere instantly shifted from refined cigar lounge to livestock auction barn. This place is living off the reputation of what Blend used to be.
