The area inside is small with no seats inside but there are seats in front, at the center of Tanger's open-but-roofed walkway. I ordered a small Pretzel nuggets ($8) with 1 cheese dip (almost $2). I usually get the Garlic or Sour Cream flavor but this Auntie Anne did't have either available. They only had salt, some kind of sweet flavor, and pepperoni. My order was served fast probably because I was the only customer there, but I realized that the pretzel bites were cold, not fresh at all! On top of that, the dip the cashier gave me was wrong! He gave me Sweet Glaze instead of cheese, so I went back to exchange it. How could this Auntie Anne's be such a mess in so many levels: the lack of 2 of my favorite pretzel flavors, cold food quality, dirty floors, terrible customer service, and the fact that an $8 small cup of pretzel nuggets doesn't even come with a free dip really put a bad image to Tanger Outlets, considering that this is 1 one of the only few snack choices in this outlet.
