I ordered the Starburst (strawberry, pineapple, orange), and it totally reminded me of Jamba Juice's Strawberry Surfrider -- one of my all-time favorites -- so I was instantly obsessed. It was super refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for the island vibes. They offer two sizes, and I went with the smaller one, which was honestly perfect. It comes in the cutest reusable glass bottle, and they let you return it (washed) for store credit -- such a great eco-friendly touch! But honestly, it's also such a cute souvenir that you might want to keep it. The shop itself also carries a variety of other items, so I'll definitely be coming back to explore more during our trip. The location is great too -- there's plenty of street parking and a nearby parking lot, and it's surrounded by other cute shops and foodie spots, making it a great place to walk around and explore. I am a BIG fan! I had been following them on IG prior to my arrival last July I had a sublet for the month of July and the property manager offered to treat me. I chose Kauai Juice company and had my very first juice which to this day is one of my favorites. Since July, I've branched out to not only the juices, and juice shots, but also the tinctures. They've got a truly spectacular selection of supplements as well as salads, chocolate and honey. I also enjoy their merch. I bought a Kauai Juice racer back tank that I practically lived in the entire summer long! All of the juice baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable. Farm to Bottle. The juices are freshly made with local produce. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful with guiding on juice to purchase. Starburst is my all-time favorite. I tried the Mai Tai this trip and it's so good. They're both on the sweeter and tarter side. My husband tried the Mana and he said it's pretty good for a greens juice. He mentioned there's no sweetness to it, so definitely get this one if you're looking for something more of a healthy greens juice choice. This Kaua'i Juice Co location is a little hidden gem. It's tucked in the back of the building so you either have to go around behind or walk through the hallway from Java Kai to find it. I'm a flight attendant and have frequented this shop since they opened. Last week, I let them know I had bought a Matcha drink that was rancid and had to throw it away, which is heartbreaking considering how expensive it was. The woman who was working said she couldn't do anything and suggested I text in the future so that they can test the batch. I understand that there was no way to prove my claim was valid but as a customer that has spent $1,000s over the years I had expected her to replace the drink and stand by the product. My hubby and I are plant-based athletes and fitness professionals so Kauai Juice Co. checks off all the boxes! We had a great conversation with Jillian at the Kapa'a location (which is their original location, as they now have 2 other shops in Kilauea and Koloa), and were able to first sample their Kombuchas. We had our travel tumblers, so we even saved a little money by providing our own cups. You can also bring back one of their glass bottles and save $1 on Kombucha-on-tap refills! The Blue Majik and Turmeric-Lemon-Ginger Kombucha were our favorites! Other instant favorites were Glow Juice and their Mac Nut Pesto Quinoa Salad! We love that they sell everything in branded glass Mason jars or bottles (they make great souvenirs for those of us visiting the island too!). However I was disappointed by the juices. Especially the coconut water, it was definitely watered down. It was not simply coconut water in a container for $9. Tasted like 50% water / diluted. If you are into drinking cold press juices, this place is for you. I went there twice and on the first visit I have the sexy baby momma or something like it. Every time I'm on the island this is one of the treats I look forward to. Can I get something like this at home? Yes, but spending $8+/drink is not my usual spending behavior at home so here we are. I love that there are multiple locations depending which part of the island you find yourself. The Kapaa location is tucked behind the main drag. I'm a fan of the Kilauea location too since we spend much time on the north shore. It's bougie juice and I'm here for it. It leaves you feeling fantastic regardless of juice selection. We visited Kauai Juice Co on Monday, Oct 25th during our second day trip in Kauai. We had just finished lunch so we wanted a little drink to wash down the food. We stopped by at around 1:30 pm on a Monday and the place was pretty empty so we didn't feel pressure to have to pick our drinks right away. Now, I love me some drinks (most of my reviews are like drink places lol) BUT I'm not the biggest kombucha fan. I just can't get over the sour, acidic, make your tummy rumble kind of taste so my fiance ordered his Lilikoi Lychee Kombucha ($5 for 16oz) while I was indecisive and kept looking at the menu. After some assistance with the two friendly and patient staff members, I ended up ordering a Tropical Omega cold Pressed Juice ($8/ 9oz), which contains soursop, orange mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, and chia seeds. I was so happy that my drink was sooOoo refreshing. The juices tasted so fresh, nicely blended, and quenched any type of thirst that I had haha. The fruits meshed well together and I loved chewing on the little chia seeds. The drink is more berry-like so if you're not a fan of berries or that type of flavor, this drink may not be good for you. The sugar level was chef's kiss and I instantly regretted not getting the bigger size! I then tried a sip of my fiance's kombucha..and I just don't like it but it's me not the drink lol. Both drinks come with a glass bottle, which you can bring back for.them to reuse and get a minor discount for your next drink. Love how they are conscious for the environment and promote recycling!
