They have terrible customer service! When I went to get a new pump, the owner claimed I ruined it. He had actually gave me a used one that stopped working after 2 days. When I returned it he slammed it on the ground and claimed I broke it. Even after all that I still went there to buy a ladder conversion kit( only because they were the only ones who had it in stock). They sold it to me for $50. I got home and saw it had a price tag for $28, when I called they told me the price wasn't right. I will never buy so much as a pool noodle from them again. Pools unlimited is much more professional and only 5 min down the road.

I bought a 10+ year old hot tub on Craigslist for a few hundred bucks and saw Steve offered hot tub…read moreservice nearby. Knowing I have an older tub on my hands, I knew it would need some service. I wanted to look into replacing a seal around the pump motor and impeller since there was a little bit of a leak on it when the pump was running and gave him a call to ask if he knew where I could get the parts locally. He was very helpful and suggested Gary Pools. He gave me some good advice on replacing it myself, so I wanted to give him 5-stars on Yelp just because I know if I ever hired him for anything he'd be extremely helpful. I got his prices for the future and he said he charged around $125 and up for a service call + parts which seemed reasonable to me. Hopefully, I won't have an issue where I'll need his help, but if I do--at least I know a local hot tub repairman I can call! Glad I found him on Yelp.
