I went with them because they had the best reviews and seemed like they had the most reputable work. Mohamed was easy to work with, prepared, and knowledgeable. He's straightforward on pricing and can explain the different price points. I decided to go for the highest end replacement screen (OEM Apple refurb). They include a screen protector at that price point. Driving there was tough only because street parking was hard to find and this is on a rainy Sunday morning/afternoon. I would recommend taking the Shaw/Howard metro instead. Literally a straight 2 blocks up the road. The repair happened right in front of me and was fast. Clearly Mohamed is experienced. He's also well mannered and treats clients like a human being which is more than what I can say for some other people running a business. Place was clean, put together, and easy to locate.
