I still was seated promptly for a pedicure. the place was clean, and the tub disinfected in front of me. there seemed to be a good collection of colors (I brought my own). Found this place on yelp and am so glad I went! Katy did my pedicure and my shellac manicure and she was awesome! She did her work so carefully and took her time. I have never had shellac look so good. She was so sweet and kept asking me if what she was doing hurt or was uncomfortable. I've been looking for a favorite new nail place by my house and I just found it! $45 for both a pedicure (included the scrubbing, massage, hot towel and nail painting) and a shellac manicure (regular manicure including a massage, plus the shellac). I have gone twice so far to get gel manicures and I really like the work they did. Making an appointment does help so your not having to wait for long. I called the day before or the morning off and they were able to squeeze me in. The first time I went was fine, I brought in the design I wanted and the manicurist had a hard time drawing the design. She tried a few times and asked for helped from another manicurist. The second time I went was on a Saturday and they were super busy. I would definitely go back again. read more

This place is pretty excellent. I came in on a Friday afternoon and they took incredible care of me. They started on my pedicure and then a woman came over and started working on my manicure at the same time. Wasn't impressed about this nail salon. If anything it makes me appreciate my nail technician in San Rafael ca. Anyways I walked In on a Wednesday afternoon and it was rather busy. Possibly the biggest nail salon I have been too.The nail technician who did my arcrylic is new ( 2nd day working there) so maybe that could explain the poor quality of my nails. Still my nails turned out uneven and sloppy looking. I guess that's what I get for the price. Even tho arcrylic was 15 fill 20 full. I would go back only if I needed a pedicure. I was in the mood to get my nails done and was reading reviews on here trying to find a place nearby. I decided to try KB nails and went over at about 10:30 on a Friday morning. I didn't have an appointment but after about 5 minutes of waiting they were able to accommodate me. I got a pedicure and a french manicure and was there for a total of about 1 hour 40 minutes! Since this was my day off I really enjoyed the fact that they took their time and left feeling very pampered, but I guess if you are in a rush this might not have been enjoyable. Everything was very clean, which is important to me. The man who did my pedicure was very thorough and I loved the fact that he really took the time to scrub my feet--some places just scrub for about 15 seconds per foot and then are finished, but he kept at it until they were baby soft. He was also very generous with the foot and leg massage, which is really the best part of a pedicure but is so often rushed as well! I just got the basic $20 pedicure, but t he spa pedicure for $30 sounds amazing and I will definitely give it a try next time! The woman who did my nails (I think her name was Jennifer, but its been a few weeks now) also really paid attention to detail, especially with painting the white part of a french manicure. I was very happy with this place and will definitely be back. It is kind of hidden away at the back of the shopping center behind McDonalds, so I'm glad I read about it on here otherwise I never would have found it! read more

Echoing all of the previous comments; this place is awesome! I made an appointment for 4 of us to receive pedicures before my friends baby shower, and they were so accommodating. We were all done in a little over an hour with beautiful toes, and relaxed bodies from amazing massage chairs and wonderful foot and leg massages from the gals. Friendly, helpful, happy service. And the price is so reasonable! I will definitely return. One downside - the one and only man working there is lacking the same personality and friendliness that the other have and it's a bit of a drag checking out with him. read more

She didn't really scrub my feet that well but all in all my pedi was way better than mani. They did a horrible job on painting my nails and while give me a manicure she cut me in 4 places.....so when she was spraying my nails with alcohol it burnt as hell. When I sat down the girl never told me there's a difference between pedicures. I wanted the deluxe and the girl told me she can't do it. I didn't understand but I guess they do everything backwards. They do the extras first and then the rest of the pedicure so I left. Cause I wanted the extras and if I'm going to pay for a service then I want it done right. I talked to the manager and she said that's how they do it for the past 25 years. Never did the girl ask what kind of pedicure I wanted and I did tell her it was my first time going there. This large nail salon is always busy, but I never have to wait long. I've had three different nail technicians and they have all done wonderful work on my feet. KB Nails is great! I went in based on the reviews here. I was a walk-in and even though they were busy, they fit me in. My spa pedicure was fantastic and they did a great job on getting rid of my callused feet. For my manicure I went with the Shellac and love it. Kim did the Shellac and she was very professional and did a wonderful job. I don't remember the girl who did my pedicure, she did a good job, but my nails needed to be repainted as I don't like to have polish on my cuticles. My pedicure was mediocre they spent very little time scrubbing my feet or removing cuticle and the massage was ok. I am mostly unsatisfied with my full set acrylic nails. The nails weren't put on straight and are all different lengths. They look cheap and after having them on for less than a week have already started to lift. I have never been so unhappy with a pedicure or nail service. I will not be going back! read more

I came here for pedicures with some friends and went back the next day with my younger sister for manicures! The pedicure was great! Rough polish job aside (it's pocked on my big toes, which has never happened before), this is easily the best pedicure I have ever received! The gal working on my did a great job cleaning up my feet and the massage was heaven! Easily the best calf & foot massage I have ever received and I will definitely be back, especially since it was only $20. The manicure was also outstanding. My nails and polish look great. A couple of my friends have gotten a french tip gel manicure ($25) here and it is easily the best gel manicure I've ever seen. They were busy both times I've been, but it looked like they were able to take people almost as soon as they walked in (probably due to the fact that they have 15+ people working there). Have been a good and faithful customer for 15 years. Was shocked at the treatment I received today. Under new ownership and they have decided to play Christian evangelical music over the PA system. When I suggested that this should be a salon for ALL, not simply Christian evangelicals, I was met with rudeness and obstinance from the receptionist and the owner. While I am a Christian, that is beside the point. In today's societal climate, the music they have chosen is inappropriate. They told me I was the only one who complained. Again, beside the point. Receptionist even raised his voice to me and told me I "needed to get it through my head that I was the only one with a problem". It is their right to play what ever music they want. It is my right to not be subjected to it. While I had great respect, affection and loyalty for the staff that have provided me wonderful service, sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The owner and receptionist made it clear that they did not care. The response from the business states I was rude and demanding. I don't believe that was the case. I have never been anything but friendly and gracious to all the staff even to the point of bringing gifts. The exchange became tense after the receptionist Jay rudely told me "I'm not changing it". I made an appointment for four mani&pedis at 4:00. I called in the morning and asked what time they had available to take four people. She said 4:00 was perfect. I come 15 minutes early with my party and we sign in and just wait. At 4, we think they will take us, but we are sitting waiting while they are busy taking other customers (many that came after us with appointments later than ours). At this point I'm irritated. Another 15 minutes pass and we're still sitting in the front waiting. At 4:20, they finally take us to the chairs for the pedicures. They start on two members of my party, while the other is just sitting in the chair waiting. I have been waiting for exactly 67 minutes for my service which I reserved five hours in advance. Very very upset. I didn't even get a manicure because one of the members of my party would've just sat around for 60 minutes while I was getting my nails done and bother member would've been waiting 45 minutes. read more

I have been coming here over the past year and I have never had a bad experience. Katie and Kathy are amazing and are really fun to talk too. The other people that work here are also friendly and do great nails. Whenever I get a pedicure they always take their time to do an awesome flower (definitely worth the extra $). I even called around nine at night (in hopes to leave a voicemail for an appointment and to check closing time) but the owner took my call and was so nice about me calling at a later time to her cellphone. I am very pleased! I went to this place because of all the wonderful reviews it had on Yelp. I had to drive 30 mins+ to get here so it better had been worth the drive. And it was! I got a full set and regular pedicure. The ladies doing both my feet and hands were I incredibly nice and accommodating. They periodically asked me how I liked the work that they've done so far and I loved that. Little tiny language barrier but it's nothing to fuss about. Oh, and I even messed up my toe when she was putting my foot in my shoe.. We all know how that feels! When I pointed it out to the woman though she was very sweet and nice.. decided to try this place because it got pretty good reviews on here, but i should have gone somewhere else. Started off nicely, didnt have to wait. Started to go down when she was giving me my mani. Had to ask her to straighten out my white lines on the french mani i asked for. she drew them on horribly. She fixed them ok and the rest went as normal. After we left though we noticed they didnt file my sister in laws nails evenly they were noticeable too! We didnt understand how they could have thought those were even! We left and within a few hours my white tips had started to turn yellowish and black. im not hard on my nails so i dont understand why it happened, maybe bad polish? I just talked to my sister in law today (one day later) and her nails have already started chipping and so have mine! Never going back there, good prices but bad end product! read more
