It's one thing to deny the connection to KC Dawgs (although it's mentioned on the Precision website...), it's another to try and sweep that together with the primary events described in the review. The incident with my dog happened; it was shrouded with ambiguity & surface level detail, and my questions via email largely unanswered. Precision was eager to move on with as little information exchange as possible--up until I posted my original review on Google--where they presumably flagged it or otherwise pulled levers to have it removed.

He was my 10th adoption and we had never needed outside training before. I was in tears when I came to Keaton and Mike, worried I would not ever know how to control my new adoption. Roscoe had daily fights with my other dogs, tried to attack my husband, we couldn't enter a room without his reactions. Keaton worked with us 1:1 for 12 weeks. I then did a board and train with Precision. Roscoe graduated early for good behavior. Keaton and Mike tailored the program to our needs and our goals with our dog. Roscoe is now a great companion at home. We have systems in place to create a successful environment for him. I joined the weekly training class, and we continued our learning. It was as much for me as it was for him. Roscoe even behaved well enough he was able to take the agility class, too. When we travel, Roscoe is always boarded with Precision because they know his breed, his temperament and I know both trainers and dogs are safe there. I am able to travel and not worry. Roscoe has always been comfortable when I drop him off and trots off with a trainer without issues.

Beyond the Dog uses only humane techniques that have been approved by animal behavior organizations. We were not sure what to expect from a trainer but we desperately needed help with our two smallest dogs. We had trouble with barking, reactivity, and aggression so we signed up for the executive program. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Our trainer Ally changed our lives! She made a wonderful connection with both dogs. They hate when people come over and have never felt comfortable around anyone but us but you should see them when Ally arrives! They completely love her. She has worked with them on not barking, going to their place when people arrive and staying there, and walking next to us calmly outside. My family keeps commenting on what different dogs they are now. We are all so much calmer and happier! Word to the wise, you as an owner also have to be involved. I interviewed several dog trainers and Sit Now Stay is the best by far. It started with the free consultation with Brianne. We felt so comfortable and confident with their philosophy and training methods. The training provided the building blocks for the puppies and for us. All the trainers were wonderful. Scout and Skylar worked a lot with Sierra and Laura. We received daily report cards, pictures and videos which helped us stay connected and watch their progress. We were able to visit and see their progress too! Sierra was patient and kind with our lesson to go home. Plus when we called with questions. We highly recommend Sit Now Stay. It was a "trust me bruh" but they gave no explanation of what they had worked on whatsoever. When we asked the owner why they were not following through with the agreement made when we hired them, she tried pinning my husband and I against each other gaslighting us saying we didn't communicate together. Her exact quote was "it seems like you and your husband aren't communicating very well". Absolutely crossing the line. . Not only is that completely unprofessional as an owner to question a customer's marriage but to flat out lie is unacceptable. The owner is completely out of line and a scammer. They gave us zero information on what they worked on with our puppy and no report cards. We have no idea what he did all day while in their care. The report card we were told before hiring them would be DAILY. We got Monday's. Tuesday we didn't get one so on Wednesday I mentioned it to the morning staff. He stated they were down a trainer so we would get both today (wednesday). My husband mentioned it to the evening staff at pickup and was told the same thing but stated the delay was due to a sick trainer. Thursday morning we still haven't gotten a report card and haven't been told anything about what has been worked on. The owner tried lying stating they always had told us that we wouldn't be getting daily updates when that is a flat out lie. We had a call with the owner before hiring them where she stated we would be getting daily updates and SHE told us the class she thought would be best based on our goal. I can't stress enough how much of a liar this owner is and now she's trying to twist the narrative. We did not expect perfection we made it very clear we know he's a puppy. However, we have not been told a single thing of what they worked on with our dog. Nor has the biting even slightly gotten better. This was supposed to be a longer course, so the owner falsely framing this as if we expected a magical difference in three days is not only misleading but it is another lie. I had a cat pass away a couple years ago. Dr. Hughes, and Lisa the vet tech came out to my house to give him his euthanasia medicine. They were incredibly kind and compassionate. My 8 week old puppy entered their "Puppy Start Right" program and immediately became accustomed to being handled, trained, and exposed to a lot of household items... crutches, canes, wheel chairs, hair dryer, grooming shears, extension cords, pots and pans. He became a very confident happy puppy quickly! However... the best part of that experience was what the trainers taught ME as the puppy mom! They taught me to always give my dog, a choice, never force him to do something that he is adverse to doing. They taught me about positive reinforcement. They taught me that always carrying my dog around is actually hindering his development, and that I need to allow him to be a "big dog" even though he talked out at 10 pounds. We continued to the adolescent program and I truly enjoyed the 4 weeks of daily day training, and Satchel loves his trainers! We were treated to a end of session handoff meeting, where we were taught how to continue teaching him the good manners, and the good behaviors that we all like seeing in a well trained dog. It was wonderful to be able to see him interact with his trainer. His trainer answered all our questions. In fact, it's important to know that every single day I took my dog in for training, I would greet a trainer who would ask if I had any questions. I knew that this group of fine humans loved my dog as much as I do, if not more at times. It is wonderful to see how satchel behaves in public, how he handles a leash, and how he behaves at home as a confident, young puppy. This center is very careful to not over populate their staff meaning they only take on a safe number of dogs that can be taught properly during the amount of time. Their facility is extremely clean my dog had access to water, food, treats and enrichment at all times. Satchel really enjoys the obstacle courses, and now he is currently being trained for the canine good citizen distinction. I really appreciate the fun activities like Easter egg hunts and group walks that allow me to interact with other dog owners.

I was told that I need to work on training with my dog several times a day for 6 weeks (minimum) to get the results I want. A big waste of money. Save the nearly $3000 this training costs by just buying an e collar for $100 and train the dog yourself. That is what they will tell you to do anyway when they return your dog to you.
