I had 7 tile that had come loose in my pool and I needed someone to put them back. I tried several handymen and the company that cleans my pool and struck out. I went on YELP and found KC Tile. From their website, it sounded like they could do the work. I called them and texted a picture of the missing tile and Kyle gave me an estimate. I had him come out to do the work and I realized that our tile was covered with calcium. Plus my pool deck had moved slightly. Kyle suggested that we remove the calcium and replace the caulking around the pool. He gave me an estimate that I thought was fair and I asked him to proceed with the work. They looked closely at my pool tile and picked up on problems such as roots working their way behind the existing. Once they started the job it was straightforward. Ivan was here every day. Kyle stopped by occasionally. Ivan is a master tiler. Impeccable cutting, matching and lining it up. Every day cleaning up. I've had other contractors and other tile jobs. KC Tile is the very best. I met Kyle after I needed someone to come out and give me a second opinion on my tile after a business had destroyed it and needed replaced. I called Kyle a year later when I needed my new replaced tile cleaned. I was so happy to see him again. He and his buddy cleaned the tile without any issues. My pool tile looks brand new again. Seriously. I called him a few days later to see if he could come out and do an acid wash. He arrived the next day. I totally forgot to take before and after photos. Kyle is a great guy and did a great job on our pool in Rancho Mirage this past November. Reliable and prompt, he decalcified the old tile, acid washed the stains at the bottom and did a perfect job matching and replacing some old tile that was falling off on the jacuzzi. I called Kyle and he happened to be in my area and stopped by for an estimate within an hour of the initial call. His estimate was very reasonable and we accepted it immediately. He even ran out to the tile shop to pick up a sample of tile that matched our existing section we needed replaced and came back out for our approval of the sample the same day. He started the job just a few days later and completed the whole job in one day!
