I requested service through AAA and Sebastian came out and arrived even sooner than the estimated hour wait (it's the mountains, an hour in itself isn't a bad wait tbh) by about 15 or 20 mins, which was a pleasant surprise. Sebastian was super kind and respectful, fast and efficient, and was very helpful. I just needed to fill my tires with air because they were getting lower than I was comfortable with driving on the mountain roads. He filled my tires, and when I asked if he thought I should replace my tires soon because they look a bit worn, he gave an honest and informative answer that they were fine for a while, although because I have front wheel drive I should have them rotated to the back when I get back home. I asked if he wouldn't mind checking my oil while he was here too and he was happy to. Said it looked good, nothing to worry about there. And he even checked my coolant and break fluid, which he said were a little low and should be addressed when I get home to OC. As always AAA is a great value and I don't use it often but I'm extremely glad I didn't have to go to a gas station and figure out how to use an air pump myself (it would've been a disaster). Sebastian was incredible and now I know exactly who to call whenever I need car services when I'm in the mountains. Not anymore! $200.00 for a 50 cent fuse!!! My engine light was on. I told Plus One that it's for a system that speeds up engine warming in cold climates. Not necessary in SoCal but I needed it to power up to pass the smog test. They said it needed a fuse. Diagnostic Fee: $200.00 Dollars! I purchased four travel trailer tires from PLUS 1 PERFORMANCE at a cost of over $600.00. About 1,000 miles later one of them blew up on the highway in Texas! After being reamed for the fuse I'd had enough of these guys! I asked for a refund for the tire, THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR MOUNTING AND BALANCING! For a tire that blew up in two days on the road! And BTW not one balance weight on any of the tires.

We got both of our cars done here after getting a set of new tires for both cars, and now roughly 6 months later both of our cars have SEVERE balding on the inside of the tires. Wires exposed, tread gone, balding. We never would have seen this if I hadn't need to take my car in for a break and lamp inspection; this could have killed us. Prior to this, we had our alignments done elsewhere and they also didn't do a good job, it wasn't perfect but it wasn't great. We suspect that this business took our money and didn't do a single thing to our cars, just robbed us. We took our cars to the much more reputable Synder's Tires here in crestline; it was more expensive but we got a complete report of how terribly aligned my car was, something Plus One didn't do. Provided are photos and evidence of how mismanaged my car was. I repeat- this could have killed us.
