I wish I could give this place a five star review but after my experience today, I do have to give four stars I came in for an eyebrow wax and gel French tip pedicure. Unfortunately the lady who did my pedicure, even though she was nice and did a good job. The pedicure alone took 2 1/2 hours to complete I also don't expect my nail technician to rush their job, but after seeing four people who sat after me leave before me, I was starting to get anxious. I even originally wanted to add a flower, but being in the chair for so long, I just wanted to leave. Overall, the service was great. If I left at a more reasonable time, I would've definitely given this place five stars. read more

This place is completely unprofessional. This was my second time coming here, and I will NEVER be back. I usually only come for a pedicure, but I decided to get my nails done too since I was already there. I always get Gel X, and when I asked if they offered it, they confidently said yes clearly that was a lie. The moment she started working on my hands, it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. I still gave her a chance, but it just kept getting worse. Before even applying color, she hadn't properly cleaned my nails at all. There were literal chunks of glue left all over the back of my nails. When I pointed it out, she tried to tell me "that's how it's supposed to be." Absolutely not. I get Gel X done all the time, and this was sloppy, careless work nothing close to what that service should look like. When I told her I wasn't happy and asked her to remove the nails, offering to pay only for my pedicure and removal, she immediately got defensive. Instead of fixing the issue or taking accountability, she became loud, aggressive, and argumentative, demanding I pay for a service that was clearly done wrong. The quality of work is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. If you don't actually know how to do Gel X, don't lie to customers and then try to bully them into paying. I will never come back to this place ever again. An employee who just kept shaming me because she kept changing prices went from $65 to $77 I have been coming here for two years and she said most places are expensive and you have to have money. but I have every right to ask what was changed. She refused to answer she told me if it's regular color no charge if it's French tip we charge which I did not know that she did not clarify prices to me. Note she also did my pedicure shitty. All of the techs are solid, and I've never had any issues here. Julia especially is amazing because she's super detail-oriented and really knows how to handle ingrown toenails, which I appreciate a lot. I like to spend a little extra money on my feet because I am on them all day. First time I was here I had Tina! She did an absolute amazing job. I got the coconut pedicure. It comes with callus soothing, exfoliation, lotion, & a five minute massage. I don't get gel. The pedicure was so good that I had to comeback! I brought my brother the next time, I had him booked with Tina. He got the green tea pedicure & says his feet feel amazing. I got Julia, she was awesome too!! The vibe here is great nice & relaxing btw. Absolutely would recommend this place for your pedicure & if you're okay with it being on the pricier side. I recently went in for a hot gel manicure and unfortunately left very disappointed. My previous visit was with Jenny, who did an amazing job--she was precise, gentle, and really took her time. That's why I came back. This time, however, my experience was completely different. The technician who helped me cut my cuticle, which caused bleeding. When I mentioned I wasn't happy with how thick the gel looked, she began filing underneath--on my natural nails--which I asked her to stop. She then insisted on redoing the set, and I agreed, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the redo felt rushed and the paint job was sloppy. I don't know if she was upset about having to start over, but the quality showed. While I ended up paying for the service, I honestly didn't feel like I should have. MY fav nail salon was closed today so I tried a new place. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They gave me the most inexperience nail tech , they did not even use gloves for my feet , like they had a foot fetish. My toe nails were LONG, I had the PERFECT canvas for a nice LONG NAIL THICK DEEP CURVE french manicure. With prices being so high , I want what I PAYED FOR! I was so disappointed by my pedicure something so easy . I had long nails and asked just for FILING , SQUARE shape and KEEP it LONG. So my french nails can look CRISP and SHARP. The nail tech filed my nails down too low and didn't keep the length. Then they cut the sides of my nail to get to my cuticles so nail looks chipped and messed up . I said something and nothing was done to fix it . They even told me it was my nail type. I said NOOO I hand long nails perfectly shaped, when I came here , STOP IT. The nail tech did too much failing and cutting. It's 2024 I know how to do nails TOO, so when I say something is wrong YOU CAN NOT DISMISS ME or BLAME ME! I'm well overdue for a pedicure. I happened to be in the area so I walked in and was glad they were able to take me right away. I got a simple pedicure and that exactly what it was, nothing special or frilly at all. The nail tech was friendly. The salon was clean. The job was done quickly. A couple things to note, they charge $1.50 to use a card. Annoying. Also you can't tip on the card. Thankfully my mom had some cash so I was still able to tip the tech. I understand these 2 practices. But also ugh come on it's 2023. Also I wasn't able to tip her as generously as I would've liked to since my mom had limited cash. I went in to get the most simplest thing and I hated it. I came out crying. They were bubbly. The shape was not what I wanted. There was fuzzies in my nails he didn't even clean them off. He just painted over them and you can clearly see that he did. The lines are horrible. He cut me and I literally had to go to a whole Nother salon just to get them fixed. He charged me 85 which is not reasonable at all for something so simple. I try to tell him if he could charge me cheaper but he didn't want to and was acting clueless My toes came out decent , but my nails are horrible. Came in for a last minute pedicure and acrylic removal/new set because my usual lady wasn't available and I was desperate. Pedicure was fine and the lady was detailed. The removal and new set? Idk were they blind? You tell me. I've had new sets before from my usual lady and have never had a problem with my nails being brittle and sore after removal. This lady kept filing and filing and filing without bothering to scrape it off and just thinned down my natural nail waaaaayyyyy too much! And then on top of that I asked for almond shaped and they are the most crooked and uneven looking "almond" shape I've ever seen in my life. They look so awkward and I thought she'd do more filling and fixing later but nope she didn't bother making them look even. And on top of that I asked for light blue French tip and she did the most uneven, thick on one side thin on the other and when I asked if she could fix it after realizing they we're looking wonky she said if she did they would look weird. But if she thinks walking out with the nails she did ISNT weird Absolutely not! And the pinky nail on my right hand is flooded with product to the actual nail bed. Cuticle work was shoddy at best. And on top of that removal, new set, and French was totaled out to $80. And the regular gel pedicure was $45. For premium prices I expect much better outcomes than this. Hellen Keller could have done a better job than this place. read more

I just want to update my last review. Don't get the gel X nails, they don't last long and they're expensive to begin with. Once water got in between my natural nail and the glue, they came apart. Three nails fell off Within 4 days of getting these nails. By the end of the first week I was missing 5 nails, I had to remove the rest because my hands looked awful. Never again. I wish I checked the reviews before going in. I'm not sure who my tech was I didn't catch his name. I asked for short almond shaped nails and the shape of my nails is all over the place. He was filing away which felt like forever on the shape and they still didn't come out right. My nails were bleeding and he still proceeding to "clean up the edges" with a brush dipped in acetone. The burning was unbelievable. I won't be back again. Salons should really reconsider how they serve clients in for a manicure/ full set and pedicure. Having them done at the same time isn't the best. This was my second time coming to this salon for my nails . The first time going was for the gel mani and pedicure combo $70 . Not a bad price but the polished used were old and would bubble in UV to cure, it was sloppy work and walked out when polish on my skin more than my nails. On Friday 07/14 for gel combo again but decided to do chrome on my hands . I walked out paying $103 ?? when combo was $70 + $10 more for chrome. A day later I notice the chrome was peeling off on the corners and fast forward to today three day after the nail salon the chrome is peeling on it's own .
