Kevin did an impeccable job installing my smart lock. I called him for advice on installing a new lock which I hadn't ordered yet and he had a few recommendations. When the order came, he worked with me to find a time and he was super quick to install it. Not only that, he was able to raise issues that my door specifically had and he outlined my options as well as his recommendation. There turned out to be a malfunctioning electronic piece of the smart lock that was damaged during shipping. After the company sent a replacement part, Kevin came back (free of charge) to replace the unit. Overall, I was really happy with the end to end flow from not having any idea of what smart lock to buy all the way to having it mechanically installed and electronically setup. Kevin is not licensed and also doesn't provide invoices. Very improfessional. Called him numerous of times for a lock out and rekey service and he never came at the time he said he would. He's also gives these very reasonable quotes through the phone but once he arrives he adds so much more other fees on it that doesn't make any sense. The fact that he isn't licensed shows and tells me that he will be capable doing illegal activities for all we know. read more

Spoke with Kevin about my security project. He was very responsive and a great communicator. He went and sourced locksets for my entire job and charged us a very competitive price. He offered options to fit our color scheme and texted me photos of the options, before he came over for the work.
