Tina was very easy and friendly to communicate with during the entire process, and prepared and pre-cooked our large orders (vegetarian friendly options included) with ease and great efficiency. Their team arrived an hour early to start setting up, and quickly finished setting up within 90 minutes. Plates, utensils, napkins, and sauces were all provided. We ordered multiples of their half trays of fried rice with chicken and beef, stir fry egg noodles with chicken and beef, and Vietnamese chicken salad. We also ordered a large amount of their beef skewers, Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwiches with pork and beef, and Spring Rolls with pork and shrimp. They helped serve the food for 2 hours, and then helped with packing all the leftovers afterwards. The food was very well received by our friends and family members! We definitely would recommend them for their authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We would even like to try their well known Pho service next time.
