This is a 3-star casual dining with the potential for 4 stars. The vibes are great at River Street Market so it wins there and the employee at the register was great. But I had to take off 1 star for our food and about half a star for pricing. We got the loaded fries with gyro meat and chipotle sauce. Kebab Craft made a very common mistake for loaded fries or nachos: no layering. The toppings were exclusively on the top of the fries and there wasn't enough toppings to layer it yourself. This meant that our initial bites were DELICIOUS but the second half was not so great. It also seemed wayyyy too salty. For hours after eating, I was only left with the flavor of the seasoning salt. And the fries were only ok. They were thin so you couldn't get that crunch and then soft on the inside because they were crunchy all the way through. The meat (not enough of it) and the sauce were good. When it comes to pricing, the loaded fries were $15 and the portion size made it worth it. They filled the entire container. But the pricing of the drinks was a bit much. It was $5 and I think it should have been $4-4.25 at the most. Overall, I'd eat there again if I was in the mood for Mediterranean at River Street. Chicken was dry and flavorless and if I remember correctly, came with an extra charge. The sides that accompanied the chicken were bland and also a waste of calories. Ordering here is too cumbersome. I got a bowl with almost all of their toppings and it was a nutritious, refreshing lunch :) I've never had such fresh and thick pita before, it was the perfect pair to my bowl! Very meh! For a busy Sunday evening the food came out barely lukewarm and the meats were very dry and looked like they were sliced off of the rack earlier in the day. Flavors are ok. Always a wait for this place but, worth it! The kebabs are always yummy and flavorful. I ordered the chicken kebab with 1/2 rice and lettuce and, grilled veggies and a side Greek salad. Everything was delicious! There was 1 pita bread included which was definitely one of the best pitas I've ever had! Very fluffy and not overcooked/dry. There was a super spicy red sauce that was smoking spicy that you would get at an authentic Mexican place maybe. Yougurt was not bad, a little liquidy but tasty. Chicken skewers tasted off, maybe marinated in yogurt, but not usual spices. Humus tasted store bought but included bread tasted nice, like homemade. Baklava was ok.
