There is NO REASON to remove the lobby chairs for people to sit down to wait to donate. They say it is faster. NO IT IS NOT. Sitting down versus standing up has no affect on how fast they screen and process you. The speed of the procedure has everything to do with how many techs working and how many people show up at the same time. Removing the chairs has caused me to alter the manner in which I donate... I WILL NOT STAND IN LINE TO DONATE... Instead I will be the last person at night at the time of closing to ensure that I do not have to wait and that the center will have to stay open longer. Return donors are being treated worse than new donars and we are THE LIFE BLOOD OF THE CENTER. DONORS ARE PARTNERS NOT CATTLE! RETURN THE CHAIRS..

The Hispanic women working there are extremely racist and temperamental. Even towards their own…read morepeople. I've seen them leave POC including Hispanic men and women with needles in their arms for up to 15 minutes after they've completed their donation because they are too busy talking, however, they are RUNNING to take the white peoples needles out when they are finished donating. It's really sad because most of the workers in there are training to be doctors or nurses. It just shows you who is getting the better care at these hospitals in my opinion, and it starts at centers like these. It's an all around bad experience. They are experimenting with your veins; putting the needle in, taking out and putting it back in multiple times. If you ask for an experienced person to handle your stick, they take it as a personal attack. Again, I would not recommend this location. I've gotten way better treatment at the one in Fort Worth. This center had to launch an investigation into one of their phlebotomists because of an intentional injury she gave me. I absolutely would not recommend going to this location. If you have to, just pray to that you are serviced by a man or a black woman.

This text message was sent out and when you ask the manager was there a miss print he said no it's correct. Because you are unable to donate 6 times in 2 week time frame.
