I took my kids and myself to Keen Eye Optometry for the first time and our experience with Dr. Nguyen was fantastic! I don't write many reviews, but felt like I wanted to because of the exceptional service we had. My kids were pretty nervous about having their eyes examined. However, with Dr. Nguyen's calm and friendly demeanor; she was able to keep my kids at ease during the entire exam. She was very thorough with her exams and even showed my kids how healthy their eyes were on the monitor. She also answered any questions I had and I didn't feel like she was rushing through the exam which was very nice and professional. My son had no issues with his eyes but my daughter is near sighted and she wasn't a fan of wearing her glasses so I wanted to look into Ortho K for her. Dr. Nguyen was very informative about the process and even mentioned that her son had started at age 10. I wanted to preserve her sight so I decided to get Ortho K for my daughter. The whole process was so easy and Dr Nguyen was able to teach my 11 year daughter how to put on, remove and clean her Ortho K contacts. I was initially worried whether she would be able to put on and remove her Ortho K contacts. Dr. Nguyen was so patient and encouraging to my daughter while teaching her. She was able to walk her through it with confidence. The results were amazing... Within 1-2 days, my daughter was able to see without her glasses. She was overjoyed because she was able to see her classroom white board and play volleyball without her glasses. No more squinting around the house... We went back for a follow-up to ensure her contacts were fitting well and Dr. Nguyen performed another eye exam. I liked that she took the initiative to ensure that my daughter's contacts were sitting comfortably on her eyes. Her exam showed that she was seeing 20/20 so I was extremely happy with the results. I myself got a pair of prescription reading glasses from Dr. Nguyen after all these years of having 20/20 vision... Before seeing Dr. Nguyen, I tried wearing the store bought ones but they always made me dizzy since they were too strong... My advice is to go see Dr. Nguyen and get a prescribed pair. I'm really happy with the prescription and the cute frames I got. No more stretching my arms out to see paperwork, menus, my phone, etc.... Overall, our experience with Keen Eye Optometry has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and making appointments was so easy. They are also very responsive over text messages as well. The office is clean, they have a ton of different styles of frames to choose from and they have the latest eye equipment. Most of all, Dr. Nguyen is very professional, knowledgeable and shows that she actually cares for our eye health. Very first time at this location. My husband came for an eye exam last year and he loved it I said ok I will go next benefit round. Very nice office, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and friendly staff. Kimberly was very kind, helpful and explained everything. Dr. Nguyen was such a sweetheart, very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Excellent customer service! I felt very comfortable, she explained everything to me where I could understand. I also liked the choice of frames they had in their office. I got the perfect, light weight glasses and I'm very pleased with her recommendations. I'm so glad my husband recommended her. We live in Eastvale and had previously traveled a distance to our previous optometrist. We decided to make a change and are so happy we did! We used to go to Costco optometry yearly but Keen Eye is locally owned and a great spot next to everything for us so we tried them out and they didn't disappoint. Dr Nguyen is great and knowledgeable and kind. Our son has myopia and he picked out a rad Armani frame with clip ons he loves. We also followed Dr Nguyen's advice on starting him on misight contacts to stop the progress of the myopia. Front office gals are also super, so this is a great spot to be at! read more

Went in for my eye check up 4 weeks ago. Been awhile since i got my eyes checked. Dr Ho was very thorough about the procedure and new machines that he was using to check my eyes. Went to check out a few frames and made my pick. His staff followed up with me frequently to let me know the status of my glasses since they were back ordered. I received a message this week that they shipped. Picking up my glasses today. Overall. Great experience and great staff. read more

Let's start by saying I am a very picky person. I've seen many optometrists throughout my life since I began wearing glasses at the age of 10, now 53 years old, so I am definitely sticking with Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Ho at Keen Eye Optometry. It was time for my annual eye exam and my 16 years old daughter wanted to try contact lens. I saw the office on my trip to get groceries at Stater Bro. Market next door. I stopped by to make two appointments. The receptionist was very friendly, and the place was very clean. There was a lot of modern style glasses displayed and available for me to tried on. At my appointment, Dr. Nguyen exam my eye, she was very friendly, caring and knowledge in her field. I was very concerned about the floaters in my vision and my astigmatism has worsen. She was very patience with me and understood my concerns. She showed me the images she had taken of my floaters and provided detail explanation and some recommendation for my astigmatism. My daughter got her eye exam by Dr. Ho, who I also vowed to as being patience, caring, and detailed. I am talking about a teen who does not like to talk or even reply when a question is being ask. With that being said, Dr. Ho was very patience with her. Dr. Ho exam her eye and had fitted a few pairs of contact lenes on her and measured her eye with the contact lens on to see if it would workout. Dr. Ho had to try a few pair since her eyeball was flatter than the norm, so the contact lens would move when she look to the left or right side. Dr. Ho commented that normally a patient would fit the first pair of lenses he put on. He had provided the two best fitted pairs and recommended my daughter to test it out for two weeks to see how it feels. We went back for her re-visit and Dr. Ho was again very patience and re-examine her eye with care. I am so glad I found Keen Eye Optometry, by accident. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Ho are such caring human beings. Their philosophy is that they hope to preserve a patient's vision to last the person a lifetime with vision.
