Do not use this cleaning service. They are anything but a deep cleaning service. My girlfriend hired them to come clean our condo and she now needs to have someone else come and clean. She complained to the owner and she made a comment that the lack of cleaning was due to years of neglect to pet hair. Our condo is a nice place and she keeps it clean but was not able to vacuum or clean for about a 1 1/2 weeks.. The pet hair should not be an excuse for a dirty toilet, floors not being cleaned, windows seals & blinds neglected, ceiling fans and furniture not dusted. The pictures show the lack of cleaning. They did a good job on the blinds on the room my girlfriend specifically pointed out. The owner said they would go back but if they couldn't do it right the first time how can they be trusted to actually clean? After complaing my girlfriend received a bill for $225. For what! In response to Veronica's response, you were suppose to clean my girlfriend's condo today in Solana Beach. The pictures I posted were the results of your lack of deep cleaning. She complained to you today so do not act like you don't know about this review. Now you are texting my girlfriend complaining about my review telling her you know when a place has been cleaned and it wasn't clean within a week "hon". The calcium buildup & pet hair etc... Does not matter how long ago the place was cleaned the bottom line is that you were hired to do a deep clean not clean based off of how long ago someone cleaned their home. I posted this because my girlfriend never stands up for herself and in return she gets taken advantage of by people such as yourself. Do not harass her for my review on your service. You making her feel bad and as if it's her fault is not professional. Our condo needed a deep clean we acknowledge that but do not make excuses for your failure to provide the service in which you were hired for. Update - my girlfriend requested a discount due to the lack of deep cleaning in areas and she received a response "I can do $175 with the review removed.". My girlfriend was told that "We are willing to negotiate if you can have your boyfriend remove his awful review." The owner also sent me a private messages basically justifying the areas missed and blamed it on the calcium, rust & mildew buildup. I guess deep cleaning has a different meaning to this owner. I refuse to take this post down and I will pay the invoice. They did offer to come back to clean the missed spots but it is a huge inconvenience to have to take the dog and leave again. Plus my girlfriend is extremely uncomfortable with the owner with her blaming my girlfriend for the neglect of her home is the reason they didn't clean everything. My girlfriend insisted that I write that the master bathroom shower was in bad shape as when we moved in there was a lot of calcium buildup and that this service did do a great job on the shower. The owner has sent emails to my girlfriend saying no wonder my girlfriend is afraid to speak up because of me when all I have done was speak the truth. The owner is questioning why the hate when she has been combative and again I am only stating facts. read more

I scheduled a house cleaning through the Keen Kleen website, and they were confirmed for service during a window of noon to 3pm on Wednesday. They even sent me an email reminder with a confirmation number. Well, 3pm came and went with no sign of them. At 3:15 or so I tried calling, but got voice mail, so I left a message asking to at least receive some sort of status update. I didn't hear back by 3:45, so I tried sending a text, again asking for an update. No response. On Thursday morning around 10am I tried calling again. Once again I got voice mail and once again I left a message. It is now almost 24 hours later, and I still have not heard anything at all. I have honestly never heard of anything like this happening in a service industry. I am not sure how they can stay in business if they can't manage even the simple courtesy of returning a phone call. read more
