The issue is when I had a warranty issue with my new battery and Randy says no problem. But he was having internal problems, he had to layoff his staff and he was more or less temporary closed until he restructured his affairs. when I called and he told me to call and make an appointment . I called two times , to no avail. I stopped by , around noon when his voice mail states he doesn't usually get in until noon, again to no avail. i called the 3rd and final day today after approximately 2.5 months trying to get my battery replaced. So , for all you potential future customers, if you can have communication with Randy , great, but do your homework. take it for what it's worth. I wish him well and hopes he can get back on track because when all running well , service is very good. But something is going on. just a return phone would have helped. So I called triple A and had them tow it (less than 4 miles) to the new shop. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

It's like they just wash the car and sell it to some sucker for a quick and easy buck. The radiator blew up exactly 5 months after purchase, the transmission needed service, the spark plugs needed to be replaced, tie rod ends needed service, control arm needs service and the battery needs to be replaced (COMPLETELY DEAD). $2500 for repairs AFTER the extended warranty we purchased from them. This car is already a nightmare and I will be sure to get "someone" involved in this situation if I have to. We haven't even owned the car for 6 months! The radiator happened one week before taking a road trip, so we had to rent a car. So that's another expense on top of the $2500 service. I would never buy another car here. Don't let them sweet talk you into buying their junk cars.
