From the beginning, Val's (owner) customer service was great - he answered all our questions, provided lots of information, and responded quickly. Our movers, L and Alex, were wonderful: communicative, professional, and efficient. They just came from a long difficult move in the morning and then moved our stuff for hours with no complaints. Even though they must've been tired - they our stuff moved quickly but also with care. We had to move last month and we've been burned in the past by bad movers. Ones that have been non communicative, late or rude. I did a ton of research for our latest move, and Keep Moving kept checking all our boxes - good reviews, decent price, and when we asked for info they got back to us quicker than most other places. After setting up the move (and answering my like 10 questions before that), they had my first date choice available with a deposit. The day before my moving date, they actually called to offer me an earlier time frame, which I was pretty shocked to hear. We happily took it and they came about 15 minutes past the initial time frame they advertised. I didn't really mind since they did call to give me that updated time frame. Once they came in and looked around, the 3 man team worked pretty fast - like 1.5 hours to pack up an urban 1 bedroom, and they were right behind us to our new place. About 1.5 to unload as well. Between the timeliness of the crew, professionalism, everyone wore masks and was considerate of our belongings, plus they worked really fast - we were so happy. They do charge a moving fee from your place to their facility if you're outside a certain radius, so that alone bumped the final bill up higher than I would have loved, which is why I had to take off a star. Overall, take a close look at their fine print so you're 100% ready for that final bill, but the movers themselves are great and work fast. Def recommend! read more

Great experience. We booked our cross-town move several weeks ahead of time. The booking was smooth, and when I called the day before the move, everything was lined up and ready to go. Val was really easy to deal with and followed up during the day to see how things were going. He really seemed to care that everything was going smoothly. The movers themselves were beasts! They were were fast, professional, and didn't break any of our items. Three dudes packed up our 1,500 sq ft townhouse, moved across town, and unloaded all the boxes and furniture into a four-story home. 20 days ago, I had a crew of 3 movers from Keep Moving come in and help me perform a Phase I sort of move out of my disaster of a space in Redmond to my new space in Issaquah. Despite the fact that I was woefully unprepared for their arrival, with my space looking more like a tornado strike zone than an orderly packed household, the 3 men were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job of putting me at ease despite my embarrassment. You can check out the previous review I wrote for them, even. So, not only had I hired them, I took the time to write a glowing review of the crew and the company. I mention this because late yesterday morning, I realized my approach of "a carload or two every and mad dash loads with a friend's truck one day" wasn't going to get all of my stuff to my new place in time to be ready for the junk haulers and cleaners and lease-ending stuff happening this week. In a mild panic, I called Keep Moving, who answered on the second ring (on a Sunday, no less), and asked if they had a crew for later that day or early Monday, knowing this was a long shot. No crew was to be had on Sunday, but they could get me a crew for 9AM Monday. Deciding the gods were with me, I pressed luck, and I put in a request to get the same team from my first engagement with Keep Moving. The coordinator told they couldn't guarantee team members, but they'd make note of the request. At 8:35 this morning, I got a call informing me the crew was on the way. At 8:58, the truck was backing into my driveway. I was delighted to see Ruslan and Sultan again! Dmitri wasn't with them, but instead another cheerful, professional man named Med. This time, I was better prepared for their arrival. Most of my things were mostly packed. (Yeah, I know. But it's my approximation of ready in this situation.) They did a quick walk-through with me, getting a feel for things, and went to work. They were incredibly quick, and dealt with my adding more things to the "move things in this area of floor" with good humor. Two hours later, we were on the way to Sammamish. Upon arriving in Sammamish, they once again masterfully navigating the meandering turns of my subdivision, parking the truck so as to provide the least possible disruption to my neighbors. They emptied the truck, hauling everything up to my second floor living space, and stacked and situated things where I requested. They also brought the bizarre array of bins, packing boxes, luggage, Amazon deliveries, Shipt deliveries, Target pickup bags, and other items that had accumulated in my garage through my "carload at a time and a truckload or two as available" process. Once again, Keep Moving has saved my day - not to mention considerable wear and tear on my weary body and mind. I have zero qualms recommending them to anyone looking for movers. They have great rates, incredible staff, and are a delight to work with. read more

Overall was sloppy and poor service and would not use again or recommend them The team was quoted as a 3 person team and on the day of one member called out due to an injury. They were able to find a sub quickly but it was clear this person was either working overtime and tired or not as experienced as the others. My move was from Ballard to Issaquah and was a 3 bedroom house, so took about 8 hours which is what they quoted. The move was going ok until they started to unload the boxes and furniture. I was balancing a young baby while my husband was asking them to review the labels on the boxes to place them in the correct room. The mover who was the sub ended up stacking the boxes in the kitchen that had the top box for the kitchen, while all other boxes underneath were for our bedrooms upstairs. I tipped 30% because it was a big move and long day, but really regret it after realizing the boxes were moved to the proper rooms as asked and indicated by the service contract. To top it all off, my 55" tv was broken in the move. The company took three weeks to respond to my claim and only offered me 150 dollars, based on the weight of the TV. Truly disappointing, I don't understand how they got so many five star reviews Update: after talking to the company again they offered 550 dollars for the full price of the television and apologized for the run around. They did an OK job moving our stuff. They dropped one end of our irreplaceable trestle table top on the ground, and left a big hole in our yard, and we were lucky the damage to the table was very minor, a few scratches on the corner that hit the ground. They forgot to re-attach the bottom door handle for our fridge, and must have taken the screws with them, so I had to go buy new ones and put the handle back on. The dryer vent pipe also was gone when we got to the new house, so I had to buy a new one of those as well. They did not put any kind of floor protector down when scooting the washer/dryers in an out, or the fridge in and out. The wood floor at the old house dents very easily, even from just rolling the fridge back and forth. The price was fair, and they were fairly accurate on the estimate. read more

Val in particular was so communicative and accommodating, even with all our changes to the brief (adding or removing things to the quote). He was responsive even on his days off. The systems and tools this company uses are also far superior to other movers I've used - they barcoded everything and gave it a description, which made it super easy to tick things off on the other side and ensure nothing got lost.
