We have since moved out of state and I now realize how SPOILED we were at Central Bark. No other daycare around me compares (and I'm in Seattle now, dog capital!) The staff are great, all of them. I love that they have a schedule for daycare and it's not just a free for all. I knew it was great by how Max would react just driving by the daycare. He would get so excited! I recommend this daycare whole heartedly!! Only suggest adding in cameras if possible, would have loved to spy on him while playing with Hugo and Luna (who he misses very much!)

They are very professional and carrying. The office (Michelle) is super responsive, easy to deal with. Our walker (Ruben) is the BEST. Recently, I had her sitters for when we were out of state on vacation for a week, and my dogs were spoiled with 4x a day visits. They were great about spreading out the time so that my dogs got attention from 6:30 am until 9:30 pm. I cannot say enough positive about how how attentive the sitters and Robin are to details, and how spoiled my dogs are, now that I'm back! They now are demanding more outside time from me!! They will, also, for no extra charge, water plants and bring in mail. And, Robin texts you photos and updates daily on your pets, while you are away.

But Robin made friends with him and he even let her pet him which is rare. If my cat trusts someone, I trust them too. He has great instincts. Every day Robin would send me a picture of my cat and tell me how he is doing. When we were back from vacation, I found a log that Robin left me with all the details of what was done and how my cat behaved. This was a great experience and I really appreciate the fact that I could just relax and not be worried about my precious little furry friend.

I received a call the day after Christmas, that my dog was howling in pain and couldn't get up. I…read moreasked if they could get him to a vet and they said no, I had to pick him up. When arrived they wanted to use ropes to lift him with due to so badly soiled. So we supplied our own blanket and carried him to car. He was in obvious pain, soiled, bleeding from mouth. He was immediately taken to animal hospital and advised had to be put down for fractured back and kidney issues. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

From the first meeting, where Kristen came to meet the dogs, I knew I had found someone who would care about my dogs as much as I do. One of my dogs really does like anyone but me. Kristen took her time, and I think spent extra time to get to know her. I received daily emails with pictures of how they were doing, which no Puppy Prison has ever done for me. When I got home, I saw how well they were, and looked happy and healthy as when I left them. I have two challenging dogs...one is a jackrussel mix that is not really fond of anyone and a shar pei that has huge amounts of anxiety when my husband leaves him plus I have a 14 year old cat that gets thyroid pills twice a day. Love, love love her services!!!!! Never have I ever worried that anything inappropriate was happening to my pets or my house while I am away. If there is a problem with my pets, she texts me right away. I am fully confident that she can handle any situation with the animals which allows me to be away and not constantly worry about everything back home. If there is medication to be given, they also will administer it. My next door neighbor girls always ask me if they can dog sit while I'm gone and it would be less money but as long as Pet Sitting On The Run is in business....I will continue to use their services because my pets are worth the money to be taken care of properly, professionally and stay in the comfort of your own. It's a bit less expensive than we had been paying, even WITH a bath and nail trim on pick up day. If you've ever picked up a dog after seven days of rough and tumble play... you know how important this option is to families! It's also a convenient drop off point on the way from Naperville fo the airport or Wisconsin Dells. They let us know how the dogs behaved and they seem to have had a great time. They both came home looking healthy, happy, tired, and clean. The staff is friendly and will work with you to make sure your dates are available and your dogs are prepared with all their state required vaccinations. Oh, and they gave us a great recommendation for a golden doodle groomer- we got an appointment the next day. I think we will bring them here again next time we travel.
