We've been scheduling Floofins dog walkers for 2 1/2 years. My dog loves her walker. Cost is average for a professional dog walker (i did some shopping around before going with Floofins). Why do i use them instead of another company or a neighbor? They're licensed and insured. They have a ton of plans to choose from, or you can schedule individual visits. They try to keep the walker consistent, and when our primary is unavailable, they have other walkers who can step in (so i don't have to worry about finding a backup). Floofins is awesome! We started working with them a couple months ago when we moved to Elmhurst. They have been great with our dogs. They were very patient with our dogs, particularly one who took a little time to adjust to the new surroundings and people. They one her over after a few visits though and are now the best of friends. We can't say enough good things about Linda and Yana, our most frequent walkers. They take the dogs for walks and spend a little time with each of them giving them cuddles. We love the updates with pictures after each visit. The online scheduling is really nice and with two working adults we really appreciate the wide range of time and flexibility to schedule additional visits when we occasionally need them. UPDATE 5/5 stars... We have used Floofins for almost a year now and we are so happy with their service. Rose has watched over our dear 2 year old German Shepherd lately and has been great with her. I love the updates! While on our most recent vacation, we had an issue with having one of our relatives coming to check on the dog because of the gigantic snow storm for 3 days... Floofins was able to schedule a last minute check up for our house for those 3 days and without hesitation. Another personal touch: when they found out our 9 yr old mix died from cancer suddenly, they memorialized her by planting a tree in her honor. Wow... great owners and staff. Thank you. 7/15/2017.. 5 stars We just went on a 7-day Mexico Vacation and trusted Floofins' & Co. Staff with our two pups. I am always nervous being away or boarding them. We have a 1.5 year old German Shepherd & 9 year old Shepherd Mix - they are quite the handful. Floofins' and Co. had competitive pricing and an interactive client portal that won me over. Three girls watched our pups: Corine, Molly, and Meghan. They were all fantastic. Molly (who spent the most time with them) even vacuumed after our German "Shedders" once or twice which we can't thank her enough for. They always took walks and/or played with them both. All the pet journals were fun and oh so joyous to read. The staff always came during the scheduled time slots & stayed for the allotted time required. This is by far the best pet walking/sitting service around! They took wonderful care of our Louie. They came over to meet him before their first visit. Then Diane always provided pictures of Louie for us, so I knew exactly how he was doing. Then once, my daughter came home unexpectedly from college and was locked out of the house. After I contacted Floofins, they came over and let my daughter Into the house. Thank you for that! And the icing on the cake. Louie passed suddenly and when I informed him of his passing they gave a donation to the Arbor Foundation in his name. A truly living memory of my beloved dog. I've been using Floofins & Co's service for a couple of years and have been always happy with them. There were a couple of things I'd like to mention how good their service has been. Two years ago when we were traveling in August, Tracey from Floofins & Co was taking care of our kitties. One day she noticed that there was pink stain in the litter box so she called me. The next two days, she observed closely to determine it was one of the cats having bloody urine. She then took an extra visit on Saturday to bring the cat to our vet and got meds for her and left detailed description to us. We couldn't thank her more on this when we were far away while our cat was sick. Second, Tracey and Ashley were taking care of our cats again this summer when our tomatoes were growing crazy, giving fruits every day. they were so patient to pick the ready tomatoes everyday and left them in a cool place in our house, of course, taking great care of our cats at the same time. We always came home finding everything was in order and our cats were healthy and happy. The only time there was something I'd like some improvement was once I came home finding a couple of loose accidents were not cleaned and I was not notified about the problem. It was one of our cats leaving accidents at six places almost all over our house but I never heard the sitter reporting to me about it. I know things happen but I'd like to be updated with the problem our cats have, like the time Tracey taking care of our cat having the blood stained urine. So, 95% of the time, I'm very happy for the service provided by Floofins & Co. I'd like to give a rating of 4.5 but looks like Yelp doesn't take half point. By the way, the online system of reserving their service and their full scale home interview and assessment before setting up an account with them, both are very professional and comprehensive. At the beginning, you may feel that there are too many things they are asking. but later on you'd be happy that you did that with them, like the time when their sitter needed to contact our vet and bring our cat to vet office. That time I was so relieved that we had saved vet info in their system so I didn't need to dig it out from my phone book when I was in the middle of nowhere without very good phone signal. The feeling that your sick baby was being taken care of was so great. I do recommend Floofins & Co's service with my highest remark. I have not found anyone else in this area better that I can trust. read more

I had to find someone to walk my dog after breaking my ankle 9 months ago and have an unknown amount of time I will still be off my feet. I found Floofins on yelp and obviously all of the reviews are glowing. I called on a Monday and was surprised that they actually spend the time to come out to the house with the owner and the dog walker to make sure my dog was comfortable with her. They actually took the dog for a walk to feel out her temperament and likes and dislikes on a walk. The next day my walker Tiffany came out and walked Bella and brought her back panting which is exactly what I wanted and what Bella needed. Tiffany is awesome and doesn't let Bella spend too much time sniffing and more time walking. Bella loves Tiffany and is very excited every time she arrives. That love is reciprocated from Tiffany as well. After each walk I get a report about how the walk went and then Tiffany washes and refills Bella's water dish and gives her her treat. Also all billing is done automatically with my credit card and the schedule for the next week is emailed to me. This is one of the most positive dealings I have ever had with any service industry company and I don't know what I or Bella would do without them!!! read more

Floofins always does a great pet sitting job for my cats and parakeet. Booking and payment is super easy as it is all done online. They do their best to keep my current pet sitter and always give me notice if another pet sitter needs to take over. The only issue I had during this pet sit visit was that some of my instructions regarding disposal of the cat food cans and keep the litter box area clean were not followed. The pet sitter also changed a litter box that was freshly cleaned and refilled prior to my departure. The litter placed in the box was not the type that was in it before. I arrived home to find my kitties were healthy and happy. That is my top priority and Floofins delivers it beautifully. read more
