Keico is by far the best eyelash extension person to go to. I am so happy I found her. I previously had gone to different people in Manhattan and in Bergen County who all charged a lot of money, double what Keico charges, and used what I've come to learn were low tor medium quality silk eyelash instead of the highest recommended mink lashes together with a thick glue which not only was bothersome to my eyes but resulted in my own eye lashes breaking off and thinning. Finding Keico was a miracle. I have now been going to Keico for 8 months and would not consider every going to anyone else. She isn't part of a factory. She has her own, very clean, small professional space which provides the most relaxing of experiences. She has wonderful, soft hands and despite my having very sensitive eyes, since going to her I have never experienced any issue with my eyes. She has a wonderful, soothing way of dealing with people and always accommodating their schedules. Everyone I have sent to her absolutely loves her and loves their lashes. Keico is very skilled and getting lashes done from her is a relaxing process. The price was reasonable and they lasted a long time for me. However, the style and number of lashes were inconsistent at times. I had to stop because I had these white/yellow bumps on the root of my lashes. I wasn't informed of that so I was a bit disappointed. As an eyelash technician I believe it is important to notify your clients of strange bumps or infections on the eyelids. I found out through an eye doctor that the oil glands on my eyelids were clogged. read more

This place was pretty nice! I was looking for a place to go to continuously, but I'm not sure this will be the one. The service was great. It was comfortable, the woman doing my eyelashes was very kind and covered my eyes from the light when they started to react negatively. The lashes looked just like I wanted them to and the staff was clearly professional and knew all about sizing. Everything was fantastic except for how long the eyelashes lasted, and I'm very careful with how I treat my eyelashes. This was the fastest I've ever gotten them done so maybe that has to do with it. I wish they had lasted longer, but I found so many lashes falling out within the first few days, which hadn't happened before. The ones that stayed stayed a good while, but it wasn't fun to have this many lashes fall out that quickly. Maybe I'll give it another shot. read more

I went tonight for my first set of lashes and it was far beyond what I expected. First I called this afternoon to inquire about an appointment and I got one this evening! When I arrived they were so friendly and helpful explained the process to me, and the different lengths and shapes you can receive. I even asked for some personal advice on what would look best on my eyes and they were honest and helped me pick my best fit. The process was soothing and not noticeable, the technician was so gentle and caring. I can't wait to go back for my fill in that they scheduled with me before I left. Overall, wonderful experience! I am sorry to write a two star review first of all. Keico and her staff was accomadating and very friendly. Do not get get me wrong, but I would have expected a little bit more of better service on eyelash extensions. I got a set of lashes that cost me $60 including $10tip. I wanted to remove all of my eyelashes but unfortunately I was not able to because of time. However, I wanted a balance of my old and new ones however it did not come out the way I wanted to. OBSESSED. They give you a discount for first timers and it's less money if you get them retouched within 3 weeks. They feel SO natural, nothing like the falsies us girls usually apply. Really great studio! I am new to the eyelashes extensions and I've been doing it here and here only after trying other salons. They do a really great job and make you feel relaxed and really comfortable during your treatment you can almost fall asleep during it. Lavender aroma and weighted blankets really clean place as well. I recently got my extensions removed for vacation and my natural lashes are not damaged. read more

They know what they're doin for sure. Technicians are so gentle that you forget someone is working on your eyes! Clean office space and they're so nice. I was told that technicians are trained for a good amount of time before they get certified to do this (and it shows bc theyre very knowledgeable and have such a gentle touch). Ive been to this establishment 3 times, I was okay with the quality of lashes for the price. They weren't superb, but the Groupon deal that I purchased was good enough to go for it. I just purchased another Groupon deal last week and scheduled and appointment. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment because my toddler became sick at last minute and I was unable to call to advise of my cancellation. Today I called to apologize for my missed appointment, I explained why I was a no-show and asked them to reschedule. The owner told me she could reschedule me but would have to charge a 50% fee of the service because I didnt cancel within their 6 hour policy for my original appointment. I again explained it was an emergency situation and was unable to do so, but she did not budge. I will NOT be giving my business to this establishment ever again. Please note, I've referred three other friends of mine to this business in the last year so they are well aware of my loyalty. It's a shame that the owner, a WOMAN at that and most likely a MOTHER, could not understand and be flexible about the cancellation fee given the situation and extend a courtesy given that I am a repeat customer. Bad customer service, loyalty does not matter to them; instead its the coins that matter to this business. read more

Great lash boutique, super relaxing.. comfortable beds and very genuine, helpful technicians. Just got my lashes done today and it took around 1 hour. They look so natural but I feel like I've reached the next level of glam! Love love the look and really liked the boutique. I'm really interested in their other services of semi permanent makeup. I had an appointment for 12:30 , booking was easy, the woman I spoke to over the phone was very polite, she even sent me a conformation text. They STRESS about showing up on time and how if you even show up 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule. I showed up about 15 mins early because on the website it said try to show up early so they could do a quick consolation. I showed up and no one spoke to me. The two woman were working on clients , I said hello and the one with the auburn hair just told me to sit down. I waited for about 15 mins past my scheduled time only to find out the woman who did mine doesn't even do 3D lashes, I showed her a photo specifically of what I wanted and she said she could only do singles. I had to ask about 3D lashes. I told her I would reschedule with the woman who can actually do 3D clusters. I wish they would specify on the site or through the phone who does what. read more
