I needed a root canal and a crown, dr Ong and Cynthia got everything done in 1 day - not to brag but it only took 2 1/2 hours for them to put my tooth back together! Helpful office staff too. The one thing I didn't like was how loud they constantly have music playing throughout the whole office. But since then, the positives have nearly disappeared: nearly every person in the office, from the front office staff to the people who do my dental work, have turned over, and I get a mixed bag of quality and bedside manner. And I have to do it with insipid pop music blaring loudly at me, to where headphones are required as a defensive measure in a situation that's already going to be uncomfortable.
