My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Keith's Marina. We worked with Mike Keith. It's a family run business and the entire family works there. Mike was patient when answering all questions. He put together a very nice package deal on a Sylvan 822LZ. He made recommendations on what options we might consider (with no pressure) and was open and honest about which he thought were unnecessary. He was responsive to any and all ongoing emails when I needed some help reconfiguring the shore station from a V-hull to a tritoon. We brought our trailer down a week early and the boat was loaded and ready to go back up, exactly as he promised as it would be, one week later. Let me address any poor reviews here, I read them all. Every one of them seems to reflect some issue which I think might have been resolved through better communication. None of them bear any similarity to our experience, so I put them down to unhappy people who would rather complain than to work through unfulfilled expectations. I visited Keith's 5+ years ago and found a boat (around $8,000) that I was ready to pay cash for and walk out the door with it. I approached a sales guy (no idea who) and told him I was interested and was hoping he'd go $500 less. I mean it was a used boat. There's always wiggle room to make a sale. Guy abruptly tells me the boat is the price it is and that's it. I went back to look at it more and the guy didn't follow and didn't say anything more. Ok, buddy forget your boat. I stopped back a week or two later, just to look at it again. This time the same guy comes up to me and says you want the boat it's yours minus the $500 I initially asked about. Yeah, NO. You had your chance and your customer service sucked. I've driven by for years since and think, you will never get my money. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT TAKING IT ON THE WATER! Absolutely Never purchase from KEITH's Marina without a test drive on the water! I cannot stress this enough!! We heard so many positive reviews on this marina my husband bought our pontoon without a test drive on the water. The 1st night we got it home (2.5 hour drive) the pontoon drive like CRAP on the water. Made appointment the next day to bring it back so they could fix the problem. So the following week my husband drove (5 hrs round trip) back and they "fixed" it. Or so they said. Got it home and back on the water and 10 minutes later, the motor began chugging again. My husband followed ALL the directions the service department gave him with adding fuel treatment! We will NEVER be Back to Keith's and so far have had to change out Most of the fuel system and the motor continues to chug! (Something is causing the fuel to fluctuate). It appears to be an issue with the fuel separator a $800 part. Keith's Marine knew they sold use a POS - they sent my husband home with a can of fuel cleaner (helped, but didn't fix the problem)! Not the most honest person. The boat I bought was and still is in great condition. I looked everything over. It started great when they did that for me. What they did not tell me is that the boat has a battery drain. My wife and I went to take the boat out for the first time, very excited, only to get it in the water and just hear the dead battery sound when you turn the key. They did not respond to my emails about it. I did not receive any phone calls back. I have taken my business elsewhere. I don't have time to deal with dishonesty. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews here as they don't match my experience at all. I bought a 2021 Sylvan pontoon boat here and had a great experience. They had a lot of boats in there shop that I could look at to decide which one I wanted. We negotiated a fair price on the boat that I wanted and it was delivered when they promised it would be available. The purchasing process was easy and I am now the envy of my neighbors for my new boat. read more

I bought my pontoon here two years ago used and I've had great luck with it. The salesman took me through everything on the boat because I was new to boating and ran it onsite before I took it. They let me borrow the trailer to drop it off at Pewaukee Lake. I've taken it there for winterizing the last two years the staff is always really helpful. read more

We are first time boat buyers and purchased a used boat at the beginning of the summer, The first day we put the boat in the water we had to replace the battery and the boat leaked. Although they did provide some money towards the cost of repairing the leak, we had barely put any more use into it when we discovered the motor had a serious problem and had to be rebuilt. We have put an additional $2400 into this boat just to make it usable and it spent most of the summer in the shop being repaired. We felt that a marina would offer some level of quality. Don't waste your time or money at this Marina! They do not stand by their word or by what they sell. Nothing but problems starting from day one, when we took delivery of the boat. They knew we were on our way to pick it up. They closed up shop and left. They left the boat OUTSIDE and UNCOVERED in a SNOWSTORM. We have put it in water 3 times, all 3 times we have had to be towed back in. Not to mention the hub on the trailer needing to be replaced after one use, because of rusty bearings. They sold this boat on the premise that every thing was in good working order. What a joke! Nothing but cons! Take your business elsewhere because the negative you hear or may have heard is true.
