I purchased a Sunnybrook Raven 3300CK from Campers Inn RV of Davenport in August 2025. The sales process was handled through Christopher Albert, Sales Professional at Campers Inn RV of Richfield, WI. Unfortunately, my experience following the purchase has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Within the second week of ownership, I began experiencing multiple issues with the camper. Although a new water heater tank had been installed prior to purchase, I notified Chris on August 29, 2025, that the stove pilot light was not working, the propane tanks were not functioning, and the air conditioning and regulator were also problematic. He indicated that he was waiting to hear back from Davenport and would help resolve the concerns. On September 8, 2025, Chris relayed information that was inaccurate regarding the stove's operation, stating it required manual ignition with a long lighter. After reviewing the official operational video for this model, it was clear that I had been misinformed about how the stove and oven functions. My son also informed him that the stove's ignite switch was not operating correctly. Shortly after, the newly installed water heater tank failed, requiring replacement of the motherboard at a cost of approximately $500. Communication between myself, Farhood Bait, Service Manager at Campers Inn Davenport, and Christopher Albert became increasingly unproductive. Chris repeatedly told me he was attempting to resolve the issue, while Farhood stated that once the camper was released to Chris, Davenport was no longer responsible for the water heater. During this time, my son had to go without hot water for an entire month. On August 29, Chris also informed me that he still had not heard back from Davenport. He stated that Davenport had invested nearly $5,000 into the camper before and after my purchase, and that my service contract should cover the repairs. I explained that I had already paid over $1,892 for the initial inspection and orientation, in addition to ongoing monthly payments for the service contract and did not feel it was reasonable to file a claim on issues that arose immediately after purchase--especially with a "new" water heater tank that had just been installed. Despite Chris servicing the propane tanks, regulator, and A/C, the propane system still does not function for the water heater. On October 17, 2025, I requested the purchase receipt for the water heater. Despite multiple attempts, I was only provided the installation service record, which listed the replacement and installation cost as $1,727.87. When I spoke with the service manager, they refused to take responsibility or stand behind their work, leaving us no choice but to seek service elsewhere. Eventually, both parties stopped responding. Overall, the service experience has been unacceptable. Since the day of purchase, the camper has spent more time being discussed or repaired than enjoyed. As a first-time camper owner, at this point, I deeply regret the purchase. We have been highly dissatisfied with our experience with Campers Inn RV of Davenport and Campers Inn RV of Richfield, WI. Based on our ongoing issues, lack of accountability, and poor service, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Campers Inn RV of Davenport or Campers Inn RV of Richfield--don't. read more

My son bought a brand new trailer here and has had one issue after another. He brings it there for repairs and it sits and never gets worked on. They can't produce copies of the finance paperwork and nor can the bank...complete shit show. They were more than happy to take his money. We are former customers of Roskopf's RV for many many years and never had these kinds of issues. I would not recommend buying from this place. read more

I bought my camper from Roskopfs many years ago and our second camper from them as well. They were always amazing in their service. Camper's Inn is NOT Roskopfs. I had my camper in for service last year and they completely screwed up. They did fix one problem, repairing slide out motor. After that everything went downhill. I authorized replacement of the entertainment center, they didn't do it. I wanted the arm on my awning replaced which they did bu realized later that it wasn't the correct arm. I wanted a jack stand replaced, they charged me for it but didn't do it. I was at least able to get that refunded after I went back in to have it corrected. After the call to authorize the entertainment replacement they never called me. I had to call them to find out when I could get my camper would be done. Their excuse was that they texted me (On a landline) and I never answered. When we took the camper out the next time I realized that they also didn't wash the camper because the drop down beds were filthy. I WILL NEVER RETURN read more

I've been doing business with Roskopfs for 3 years, and can confidently say that I will never buy an RV elsewhere. If you are new to RV'ing, as experienced ones will attest, you will be back at some point for service. Doesn't matter what class or brand you buy.....it will happen. And the upshot is, an RV manufacturer warranty is only as good as the DEALER you buy it from. I cannot stress this enough. For those wanting more details on our experience...read on. But in summary, Roskopfs backs their product like no other, even years after purchase. My family and I purchased our first RV in 2019 from Roskopf's, acting on the many recommendations that I received. Roskopf's advertises themselves as the value leader, and I believe that sums up our experience with them perfectly. Working with both Corey and Gary Roskopf was a comfortable no pressure experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. I left the dealership feeling strongly that I made the right decision to buy with them given their reputation, built over several decades, for backing the products they sell. As far as price is concerned, I've been known to hop on a plane to another state to purchase an vehicle to save $$. Fortunately Roskopf's price was very competitive. That said if places like camping world was several thousands cheaper, in hindsight I would still choose Roskopfs. Because I know when something goes wrong it'll end up costing more in the long run because you'll end up being out of pocket for the repairs and/or missing a trip (and likely deposit $$) due to long repair lead times. Since 2019 we've driven our RV across the country twice and up and down Wisconsin dozens of times visiting state parks. There have been manufacturing related issues from poor seals to under manufactured frame components. Each time, Brian and his service team was there to save the day. And with the all the miles driven and family memories cultivated, these issues never once kept us from our travels and/or put a dent in our pocketbook. And the upgrades I've had their team install were very reasonable. I've learned that recently Roskopfs was purchased by Campers Inn. My business will remain here with Brian and Gary staying on along with their mentality that customer is at the very center of their business. Call me a fanboy, but through hard work and good business practices Brian and Gary have earned my loyalty. read more

Stay away if you need servicing. Just had warranty work done there and they didn't fix anything and found something to charge me for. My freshwater tank monitor was defective and he said I didn't have it on and wasn't using it right! You can't turn it off!!! Service manager is a lying little scumbag. Both Brians were very helpful as well as Chris. I did not know how to light my hot water heater and they patiently asked questions until we succeeded. the RV I purchased was like new except for the exterior (Which they told me about before I came over). All of the appliances work like new. They thoroughly inspected and cleaned the RV before the sale. Not sure if I got a good price or not, I think they could have lowered it some but other than that I am very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. read more

We've been campers for a long time and I wouldn't take my camper anywhere else for service or repairs. Unlike any other RV dealers, they hold to their committments of: 1) high quality service, 2) committment to getting it done when they say they will, and 3) being HONEST with you as the customer. I dropped our 5th wheel off 2 weeks ago to have them complete about a half-dozen maintenance and repair items. They asked when I'd like it back, so I said two weeks (yesterday). I got a call yesterday saying "all done". Most other dealers would be milking it deep into fall or winter, resulting in no more camping trips this year. THIS is why I keep going to Roskopfs for any purchases or repairs. They take care of us. Kudos to Gary for running a great organization. read more

They did it on the spot and very reasonable price. Walked us thru everything on camper before leaving lot. 1st time using it we couldn't remember everything on how it works or to start up. Called them and a very knowledgeable person helped us thru everything. He called back hours later to make sure all was still good. If you are shopping for a new or used RV - GO TO Roskopfs!! If you need trailer repair or your tow vehicle workednon - GO TO Roskopfs! We were in the market for a used camper and had a tight budget. As typical customers we wanted the best for the least . We looked at Camping World & Roskopfs. Mind you, Camping World is 10 minutes from our house and Roskopfs is an hour away. Hands down Roskopfs won our hearts (& money). We were greeted by Patrick who immediately let us know the trailers were open and to let him know if we had any questions. No hard sell. Every trailer we looked at was clean and well cared for. When we found the one we felt was a fit we met Gary who helped us through the purchase process (later we found out he was the owner. We never knew!). Gary was wonderful. So VERY helpful. We had a few particulars that they helped us with, gave us a wonderful price on it AND spent an hour showing us every little detail of how to operate our new camper. They literally lead us through the interior and exterior workings of our camper. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful & courteous!! If you have to drive 2 hours.... it's worth it. They are great to deal with. We have visited several dealerships around my area over the years and these guys are the best. We even drove 1.5 hours to meet them and ultimately buy an RV trailer from them. Gary was our point person. Friendly and very informative. No pressure at all. Easy going and very casual. The prices were better than my local RV dealer, inventory was better and he wasn't in any hurry to push for a deal. Quite a difference to the local ones I've visited and the shows I've been to. Even the accessory store is well stocked and competitively priced items. They install what they sell very reasonably. Their service staff was great to work with also. Our camper had a leak from the day we picked it up. They said to go ahead and use it for the summer and at the end of the season they would fix it. This is a brand new 2020 XLR Hyperlite Toy Hauler. We took it in at the end of September and picked it up 2/12/21 because they said it was done. We are now in a situation that we need to sell it and if we had them sell it on consignment they wanted 12%, they wouldn't buy it back from us. Mind you we bought it from them. Rather than do that we found another dealer that would buy it outright from us. We took it there on Saturday and low and behold the leak was not fixed and now it was leaking on the other side also. They are not qualified to fix such and extensive repair. We should have never trusted that they could fix it. Well that being said we lost our ass selling it because it has to be fixed correctly. We were deceived and lied to. I would never do business with them again. read more
