Banana Caramel Pecan Pancakes Very dry and no caramel or pecan

I met friends here who traveled hundreds of miles to visit me, and after seeing the higher reviews, I chose Keke's Breakfast Cafe. Unfortunately, I wish I had paid closer attention to the lower reviews as well. But as a local partner of parent company Dennys I thought I would give this place a try. I called ahead and added my name to the waitlist and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. When I arrived, I couldn't immediately spot my friends inside the restaurant. The owner, Alex, approached me and asked who I was looking for, then quickly followed it up by saying he could only hold the table for a little while because the restaurant was busy. My friends were already there I simply needed a moment to find them. Looking back, that interaction should have been a red flag. We decided to stay and ordered breakfast. I had the French toast , but the French toast was extremely dry. I honestly had to eat carefully because it felt like I could choke on it. What upset me most was the service afterward. While I was still eating, the check was brought to the table. The moment we finished, the owner came over and bluntly said, "I know you guys are talking and chatting, but our restaurant is very busy and the waitress needs this table." I was honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. We were paying customers who had traveled a long distance to spend time together while enjoying a good meal, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed out the door. My friends were visiting from out of state, and I found myself apologizing to them for the experience and lack of hospitality we received. Sadly, because of the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere, I will likely never return. Save your money and find an ihop instead where the food and hospitality is top notch!

This restaurant amazed me! The servers are incredibly friendly and professional. The kitchen follows all special requests. The food comes out hot on warm plates, if appropriate. The portions are very large and the food is delicious!

Such a cute place in the Bedford plaza. Outside patio and indoor seating available. We went on a Sunday morning, so there was a short wait but service and food were worth it. Lots of options. Definitely recommend.

Met my friend for brunch, my first time. Place was busy, ordered vegetarian omelets with bagel and potato. Food was fresh and delicious. My friend ordered omelet bowl and coffee. Great service and atmosphere.

Came here after a nice morning hike. It was busy! We waited for 25 minutes. Restaurant is small but clean and comfortable. Servers are friendly and prompt. There is patio seating. Our food was delicious. We really enjoyed the Florida Waffle. I love all the fresh fruits and the waffle was made just right. I am an Eggs Benedict person, and I wished there were more choices rather than the one ham option. If I'm in the area again, I'll return to try the other menu items.

Let's improve the quality of the panini please. Microwaved chicken with defrosted soggy red peppers with a side of bagged potato chips is sadly not worth "the wow" The stars are for the hostess with beautiful eyes and a wonderful attitude to work. Very clean inside with a good choice for music in the background Sadly this isn't the best choice for a panini in Corona.

This fairly new (as of April 2926) breakfast and lunch restaurant is already popular with the local crowd. I popped in one morning partly to see how good the food is, and partly to kill about an hour before meeting with a client. I noticed the sign walking in advertising daily specials, and mentally picked the chicken fried steak meal ($17.99) before browsing the menu. I was sat quickly, and the lady who was my server brought coffee immediately, and was very pleasant throughout my visit. I could have selected many options, such as waffles, French toast, pancakes, and so on, but the special won the day. Eggs over medium, home fries, and wheat toast were the choices I made to customize the meal. My neighbors' meals all looked great when they came out, and mine arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, which is pretty good for a busy, short order cook in the kitchen. Eggs were perfect, the potatoes cooked, and I really, really like their wheat bread. So rich tasting, not the usual brown, dry as a bone stuff like you get at Denny's. Anyhow, I ate everything. The gravy was nice, I didn't see biscuits and gravy on the menu, but I hope they consider that in the future. Great food, busy but fun vibes, and good service.

I really enjoyed my time and the food here. It is a small space but it's a very bright, clean and comfortable environment. The staff are all very friendly here and I didn't feel any stress while I was here. As far as the food it was really tasty, the menu is pretty straight forward and simple. Everything I tasted was well, we had zero left over at the end of it. I will most likely be a regular here as I live close by. Glad Keke's made it to my neighborhood.

Our son recommended Keke's Breakfast Cafe after he and his wife tried it a few weeks ago and said it was very good. Last week, I went with my family--and he was absolutely right. I ordered an omelette, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The portions were huge, and the service was excellent from start to finish. My family and I will definitely be back!

We decided for breakfast we wanted to try something new and so looking around in Corona in the Bedford area new development we found this new establishment, "Keke's Breakfast Cafe" where they were open for the past three months in December 2025. To get to this place it is right off the main crossroad on calico Drive. It is in the Neighbourhood where the Bedford community is being stood up tucked right behind the car washing station, quack, quack. For parking, there's plenty as you could just park anywhere near the adjacent parking lot shared among the various storefronts. If you are here around noon time, recommend you have somebody go in to grab a seat and place in time as the place can be pretty packed. We came in roughly afternoon and the place was a really packed with everyone seating luckily for us we only have to wait 10 minutes for a party of three. Counting the number of seats and boots there's about 15 boots I can seat up to four people and there's about seven booth that can seat up to exactly only two. On top of that there are multiple seatings outside if you venture, especially for a bigger group and parties. Inside a restaurant it is not as open for the seats are pretty tight. However, this is a new establishment so the facility here is fairly new. The interior are very nice and I can't imagine the restrooms are much more nicer. Although we came for a noon time, we decided we'll be ordering only breakfast item. On a menu for today, we ordered some pancake, an omelette and an eggs Benedict to try. We have the typical juices to include orange juice and cranberry juice along with coffee. The waiter and waitress are very responsive as they go around table, taking drinks first followed by your entrée. The customer service is on point. After ordering the food came out within 15/16 mins. That is very good for a very busy restaurant here with almost all booths are packed and filled. Xiaomara was our waitress and she was just amazing ensuring all of our needs are met. My Eggs Benedict with the side of Gritts was just fantastic!! Along with Coffee and the juices it made it all the more tasty! The poached eggs was just right allowing the eggs to run a bit so you can enjoy it as a dip. The Cheese&Steak Omelette was as satisfying as well as delicious. Eggs were mad just to perfection. As for the 2 fluffy pancakes, it was as tasty as the rest. All the meals here enjoyed today was very delightful, delicious, tasty and just so awesomely fulfilling. Highly recommend this breakfast joint to everyone looking for some great tasting meal. Next time, we'll be here for lunch!! 5 stars all the way!!

Came in for breakfast with my family this morning. We were greeted and added to the waitlist. It was rainy and there were plenty willing to wait outside in the rain. It is actually much smaller on the inside than it appears it will be when looking at the building from the outside. It is loud but lively. Ordered Florida Pancakes, Strawberry Waffle, Chocolate Chip Waffle, and Nutella Stuffed French Toast all made into combos. The bacon was excellent!! Sausage was good as well, strong in flavor so not for everyone. The pancakes were very good. Good batter, but not better than the place across the road that still takes the cake for the best pancakes. The fruit on top is a nice touch but really doesn't add much for flavor as it is just on top. They had sadly ran out of blueberries. Waffles were also good. Stuffed French toast was very good. Coffee was much better than I expected. We had multiple cups. We will definable coming back!

Solid brunch spot with a variety of options. Keke's Breakfast Cafe opened a few months ago. The plaza has plenty of parking and the interior is bright and vibrant. The restrooms were clean. They had four individual bathrooms for any gender. Our group of four was seated after waiting 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered the Stuffed French Toast with Nutella to share amongst our table. The French Toast was stuffed with banana and Nutella. Without syrup, it's a bit dry. I probably wouldn't order this again, but we craved a dessert. For the main course, I ordered the Chicken and Waffles Combo. We added Home Fries, which were grilled potato coins, with Two Eggs Your Way, scrambled. The Chicken and Waffles came with a hot honey syrup, which was more spicy than sweet. The chicken was crispy, but had a bit too much batter. The waffles were very light and airy. It had the texture of a cake cone. Surprisingly, the waffle was my favorite part. Eggs and potatoes were standard.

Stuffed French toast, eggs, potatoes, sausage

Great Ambience and good food. Tried this place for the first time and loved it! Ambience- cute set up, has diner vibe. It has outdoor sitting. Ample parking. Food- ordered stuffed French toast, potatoes and eggs , everything was delicious especially the French toast. Service - service was great, very hospitable and friendly. My friend and I were there for long time catching up, didn't realize the place was busy and there were people waiting to be seated. They didn't make us feel rushed or indicate that we should leave because people were waiting I wouldn't definetly go back, and highly r

When the manager/owner came to speak with me, who is also her mother-in-law, I explained what happened and was told that if I wanted it topped off, I would need to pay extra for more milk. She quickly escalated the situation unnecessarily and started clapping and making hand gestures. There was no sense of courtesy or professionalism but egotism. I remained calm and respectful the entire time and simply requested a refund. I was there with my children and friends, and after the refund was issued, I promptly walked out with my kids. I was unaware that she was following behind us "escorting" us out. When we were outside the door, my friend asked why she felt the need to escort us out. She clapped her hands and said, "I gave you a refund, now leave." I was honestly flabbergasted. I have never experienced anything like this before. Her lack of self-control was mind-blowing. She seemed to feel the need to make herself feel superior, which honestly came across as sad and rooted in insecurity.

As someone who values and supports small businesses--especially in our post-pandemic community--I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and clarity in how this was handled. I understand and respect a business owner's right to set policies, but when those expectations are not clearly communicated to all guests, enforcement can feel abrupt and personal. Small businesses often pride themselves on community, warmth, and care. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had here. I hope that in the future, clearer communication and a more empathetic approach can guide interactions with patrons.

Canvas Coffee caught my eye, and I loved that it felt community-driven right from the start. It has that warm, community vibe that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I can imagine it being especially lively on a Sunday morning when services let out. The menu is fun and extensive. I originally considered the "Katy Perry" drink (which sounded adorable), but it's a layered drink and I wasn't in the mood for something sweet or decorative. I went with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla latte topped with salted caramel cold foam. I was only the third person in line, and my drink came out almost immediately, which I appreciated. They also had several breakfast options that looked really good. The jalapeño bagel stood out to me, and the veggie bagel sandwich looked tempting too. I just wasn't hungry enough to commit this time, but I'd definitely try one on a return visit. As for the coffee itself, it arrived piping hot, which I love. On first sip, though, it was lighter in flavor than I expected. If you prefer a blonde roast or a milder coffee profile, this might be your spot. I personally tend to gravitate toward a more medium or bold roast, so it didn't quite hit that depth I usually look for. Overall: Atmosphere - great Service - friendly and efficient Coffee strength - lighter than my preference Four stars from me. I'd come back, especially for the vibe and to give the food menu a try next time.
