First and last time visiting this establishment. We were extremely disappointed from start to finish. They overcharged us and blamed it on their "computer system" instead of taking responsibility and rudely offered to return "the cents" it wasn't just the cents, it was the false advertisement and the up charge. No need to insult the customer. The portions were ridiculously small--enough to feed a toddler. The veggie omelette and breakfast potatoes were especially disappointing, with only about 10 small pieces (as shown in the photo). To make matters worse, they were out of several popular drinks, and the staff seemed clueless and inattentive throughout our visit. We paid $50.81 for two weenie breakfast burritos, one drink and one veggie omelet. The weenies were undercooked, the entire burrito was overwhelmingly salty. The red and green salsas were watery and lacked flavor. The matcha horchata tasted full of sugar. Overall, the food was not good, overpriced, the service was poor, and the experience was not worth the drive or the money. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others. As much as I wanted to like it, it just didn't hit. The good was the Spanish latte. Not so much a regular Spanish latte, but it was very strong and that's my thing. On the food front, I ordered the chilaquiles and they were decent but not the best. The green sauce was good, the eggs were eggs, the beans and rice were good, and the steak was salty and dry. Great find in Norco! Came in to order to-go and the restaurant was vibrant and busy. The cashier was very nice and friendly and gave her recommendations. I went with the chilaquiles rojo with over easy eggs and I loved it! And for only $12, what a deal. Pretty minimal menu of mostly breakfast options. I ordered the cafe de olla, wayyyyyyy too sweet. Tasted like sugar water. I also got a oreo concha, I had high hopes but it lacked flavor and was just not worth it to me. My friend and I shared the breakfast burrito. It was made very well and tasted delicious. We got it with bacon and I did like the way everything was cooked and distributed evenly. The red salsa was good but they only give 1 for the whole burrito so we had to ask for 1 more. You know what i wanted to give 5 stars but honestly this was my first visit , i figured i order from the kiosk since i only wanted a coffee. I did so, mind you it did ask for my name so k assumed my name would get called. 5, 10, 15mins go buy, mind you for one coffee , and nothing . others around me are getting their food and coffees and i just assumed they were short staffed. I guess something with my order and point blank there was some miscommunication and i basically ended up waiting 20mins for a coffee. The workers there were sweet and amazing and noticed i was waiting a while. they got me my coffee & a little pastry for the inconvenience. Love the decor. They have a breakfast menu and their pastries are made in house. Service is good. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to enjoy a coffee with a glass while enjoying as a dine in option. Also, maybe offer to warm pastries.. Other than the small stuff very delicious. The gal at the register was nice, but I think she may be new to making coffee. I ordered an horchata latte, and unfortunately it was made incorrectly... the bottom quarter of the drink was filled with rice grounds from the horchata. When she handed me the drink, she said there was "extra" of what I ordered, if they would have given me this drink and trashed the drink in error all would have been well.... especially because when I sipped the coffee through my straw I almost CHOKED on all the groundings of extra rice.... That's unacceptable.. I'm always happy to try new places, but since this was my first impression, I'm honestly unsure if I'd come back to try anything else on the menu. Whenever I try a new breakfast place i always try chilaquiles if they are offered, so that is what I ordered here. I ordered the deluxe with green sauce and asada and two sunny side up eggs. They were great - the rice and beans were super flavorful, and the green sauce has a mid spice level but was nice and acidic. Most impressive, the chips were still crunchy even after 20 minutes. Asada was fine but the serving size was generous enough that i did not need the extra protein. Family ordered avocado toast, a tamal and eggs. They were all solid, but my three year old really enjoyed the rice from my plate. We had two conchas as well. They were unique - very moist. read more

This place was just okayyyy... I paid a whopping $8.50 for a mazapán latte, they did not ask me what type of milk I wanted or what size. I ordered it for dine in as I wanted to work on my laptop, and they served it in a cardboard cup--not my favorite. I wanted to embrace the coffee shop vibe but unfortunately it's very dark in there with black walls, flooring and furniture, it does not embrace the "Buenos Días" vibe, it's too dark to even work on my laptop so I left. Latte was subpar, just tasted like sweet milk with chunks of peanuts. Staff seemed quite unorganized with handing trays over the counter to customers after shouting their names, instead of directly to their tables, seemed weird. Place is warming and welcoming decent amount of people inside, ordered a breakfast burrito ((potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage) $17)) the size was average nothing too big, nothing amazing about the taste either, the potatoes were much too soft and the bacon wasn't chopped enough so it came out when I took a bite. I came here for literal months until today, and have never been more embarrassed in an establishment ever. I was there with my family for a morning breakfast and coffee, we loved coming here. There was a dying plant that was maybe 2 inches on the table that I wanted to take home with me to save and repot so it wouldn't die. These plants had been there since Easter and were bone dry!!! We then had a server there tell a customer that I took that plant where that same customer followed me outside asking for my purse with my 1 year old daughter on my hip. Shame on this employee for putting my own safety and my daughter's safety at risk. Who knows what that man was capable of or if he was armed with a weapon. I even went back into the establishment to apologize for taking the plant as I admit I should have asked. While I was trying to apologize to the employee this same customer was screaming at me across the restaurant calling me a moron a liar and a thief. I had the owner of the establishment on the phone hearing me yell at him as well. I begged him to leave me alone and stop talking to me and he would not. I then had another customer hang up on me calling me psychotic because that customer made me look like the crazy one screaming I'm a moron, a liar, and a theif. If your staff did not send this irate customer at me, and just approached me professionally I would not still be traumatized from this experience. I am so embarrassed and ashamed. I admit i should have asked if I could have taken the plant home before assuming, but was it necessary for your staff to send aggressive customers to handle conflicts? read more

People were extremely nice. And the place is cute. I just find it very odd that their prices are so high, given what they're offering their customers. There is a specialty coffee that they charge 9 dollars for. I find that to be such an absurd amount considering what the coffee tastes like. In addition, we got a bagel, and they charge us an extra dollar just to make it have cream cheese, not even on the bagel but a side of cream cheese!! You can see it in the photo. In addition to that, I got a Matcha and got it with Fresa con Crema, and they charge a little over two dollars- can you believe that??? All they did was flavor milk to be Fresa con Crema! The tamale was all right, wasn't worth four dollars, and neither was the bagel, which was 5 dollars. The matcha tasted like water. The biggest problem that I have with this café is just how much they're charging; it's honestly insane to me that people aren't mentioning it. If the food and coffee were good, then I'd feel like it was justified in spending the amount of money, but the portion sizes are small, and then in addition to that their coffee doesn't even stand out (neither did the matcha). I really wanted to try this place, so I decided to go all out, but it was NOT worth it. I would just recommend going to Gota Coffee, which is just down the street and significantly better, with prices that are good for what u are receiving. read more

I usually love coming to get a coffee here but this morning 5/29 I was disappointed and disgusted when drinking my latte. The horchata latte tasted bitter and sour. I thought it was just a bad batch of espresso but both horchata lattes I ordered tasted the same. I pour out my drinks and CHUNKS come out making me realize the taste was due to expired milk. I was sad because usually I love their horchata lattes but this was a big overlook on the staff's part. Stopped by for a quick coffee and bite to eat because I was reading reviews and I seen "best coffee " ..... so I ordered the "La morenita " latte and it's wayyy too sweet even after asking for a quad shot. Then I ordered a kids breakfast bowl which sounded great and small comes with eggs ,potato ,protein and cheese cool....well no they use the THICKest bacon I've ever seen loooks more like thick cut ham. Idk if they confused my order and put ham instead but instantly killed the bowl not good at all. Over all for everything my total was 16$ which is not bad just sucks that the food and drink was terrible.
