Usually a favorite of ours everytime we go it's been a little worse for us . Went to get our favorite Philly paninis which came out so burnt and we told the server. Who said she would get the manager. She's never did and came back and noticed our food wasn't eaten had us pay and we left. The food was ok. It was pretty bland. I had the chicken fajita omelet which was flavorless. It was served with potatoes that were mushy barely cooked and not served with peppers and onions as expected. My wife had the waffle which was barely done. The topping was good but the waffle was doughy. It was also pricy for the quality you received. Coffee was $4 and not near the quality expected. The staff are unwilling to take drive thru orders everytime they were like okay how may I take your order I would say what I wanted and they would tell me to hold on.I went in two employees looked at me then went back to their phones forget about making an order inside they won't even come up to the register to take your order. I didn't receive any service. I didn't even get a hello how are you or hold on I'll be right there. Not even busy they just didn't feel like walking a few feet over. As soon as my girlfriend and I arrived, we were greeted by two separate servers. Then a leader-type worker showed up and saw that another couple was walking in behind us. The person decided to look past us and seat the couple behind us first. Then a minute later, she approached us and said "that didn't take too long did it?" We were just hungry so we didn't want to argue, but being ignored even though we were first was not ok. In addition, that smart comment was entirely unprofessional. Lastly, the waiter took our drink order then disappeared for eight minutes. They came back with silverware and then proceeded to disappear again. I would have loved to try the food but after that experience, I knew Chick-fil-A would give us the opportunity to actually be served respectfully. read more

Service was absolutely great and restaurant was sparkling clean. Unfortunately hollandaise was absolutely tasteless (no lemon in it at all) and although my friend said "burn the bacon!" So after reading reviews on Hendersonville location decided to give this restaurant a try. Here's the overview on the food: Food came out quickly, the chicken / waffles sounded yummy. The chicken tenders were over-done and the waffle was cold. I asked for almond milk and they didn't have any which is fine. But at least have an options for 2% milk for coffee. It's not necessary to have to purchase a glass of 2 % milk. My daughter had the omelette with home fries which were good but again the food was barely lukewarm. The order of Turkey sausage was cold. Sadly, not sure we would go back. read more

Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite breakfast items so I was excited to see it on the menu, but was dissatisfied with what came out. The poached egg on top was literally so overcooked it came out a boiled egg. It didn't help that the food took forever and it wasn't hot. Was reallly hoping this place would impress! Came in this morning and was greeted right away by "Michelle" smiling. We were seated right away and drinks to follow. Our order was taken right away and our food arrived there shortly after. The Mgr on duty "Christina" took time to stop by our table. The restaurant was very clean, you don't find that much in this area.
