Woke up this morning wondering how I would occupy my time. As I looked deep into my wife's eyes, I could see that she needed something to help her put all the cares of the world in the back vuew mirror. To which I thought, this could be remedied with pancake therapy from keke's (the only place where I cannot finish two pancake). The therapist on duty (Jasmine) was perfect. Today was our 1st time eating at Keke's. WOW!! Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Our server OSCAR went above and beyond our expectations. I tried kekes, Palm Harbor.. rt 19 .. Ive heard good things about the food and service , and all the hype was correct, Kellie was my server and she greeted me as I walked in almost , as I sat down .. she was friendly, smiling and bubbly.. showing me the menu and pointing out her favorites and suggestions, as she was pouring my coffee. I had a Ham n Cheese Omlete . Kellie Promptly delivered it to the table . you could tell it was hot and, cooked perfectly.. repoured my coffee, and smiled and said OK ENJOY. What a great find! This restaurant is full of comfortable booths, and it has a wonderful diner-like atmosphere! My server, Kelly was excellent!!! My glass of Diet Coke was always full, and she was attentive and friendly. The food was really good! First time visiting, and we were definitely not disappointed. Service was exceptional - Parker was our waiter and he was attentive without being overbearing; went above and beyond on refills and checking in. He is highly recommended!!! Other staff members checked in while we were there, insuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the staff are lovely, efficient, and definitely worth noting. The food was great -- we all had egg dishes and were pleased with the taste and quality, though the omelette was so large, my mom couldn't finish it! As an extra treat, they brought over a complimentary banana walnut pancake for us to try. The pancake was light and fluffy - and I think the next time I go, I may switch up my breakfast fare to pancakes! The booths are spacious and comfortable, the space itself is bright and light, the art on the walls is fun and whimsical, and overall, this was a refreshing change from so many of the chain restaurants in the area. It was worth a try. VERY cramped booths along window. Had the turkey club. The meat was basically folded and placed in the center of the bread. This made the sandwich far too wide, incompressible and just plain messy. In addition, coming from a salt everything person, the meat was moist; but, too salty by magnitudes. I had the club sandwich and personally I think they could cut back on amount of turkey meat which would reduce the price and make it more affordable. The food & service were very good, I had the Keke's Choice with 2 pieces of french toast, along with bacon and home fries. My only issue is that for a breakfast place they have no milk alternatives, such as almond milk and the coffee is s bit weak.
