UPDATE: I just received an email apologizing that they didn't see any of my messages. They're going to ship a box of cookies to the correct address in Washington state. Beware! If you use Apple Pay or system will automatically send it to the address associated with your account. I ordered a dozen cookies for my brother for his retirement. I live in Nebraska and he lives in Washington state. As I was going through the ordering process before I could put in any addresses or locations or anything for the gift it wanted payment. I used Apple Pay. The website immediately took payment and ordered it shipped to the address that is associated with the payment!! Within minutes, I was sending emails to customer service and replying to the email. I received that the order had been placed frantically trying to get someone's attention in order to change the address so that the cookies would be shipped to the right place. I went back through the purchasing process just to be sure that I hadn't missed something and made a mistake. Nope! It gives you the option to put in a message with a gift, but not an address. Then it wants payment. I didn't hear from anyone for four days! Way too late to solve the problem. They are supposed to arrive at my house today. Very disappointing. read more

The cookies were waaaaaayyyyy too sweet. I also didn't like that they didn't list all the ingredients or show the nutrition facts, especially grams of sugar and calories. For example, they just listed, "caramel," or, "white chocolate chips," without listing the specific ingredients of each. I received my box of six cookies. It felt like it weighed 40 lbs. This was my first personal order. I had ordered them for other people on several occasions but never tasted them myself. I had gotten compliments on the choice of cookie from the recipients. I decided I wanted to try them so I ordered 6 cookies. When they tell you the cookies are big, that is not an exaggeration. We had ours shipped and each cookie was individually packaged, carefully boxed and then placed in a plastic shipping bag ( which was appreciated as its food). Shipping was fast and only took 3 days after keksi dropped it at USPS. And as an added bonus the post office didn't loose it. This is now going to be my go to gift for friends and family. I was disappointed in the cookies I purchased. My order took 8 days to arrive. Delayed 1 day due to weather. The cookies were cakey dry even after heating them. The melted centers were the better part of cookies. I was surprised not every cookie was labeled. Thankfully I order for my husband and referred to the website for names. Not overly sweet and with a great chew. I preferred enjoying them cold and think they are intended to be enjoyed out of the fridge. My wife preferred them warmed up which was also great. When making out my Christmas list, I thought I would send an order to Pat Grey's much touted. Kelsi Cookies. This may be a great cookie company, but there is no customer service and apparently no way of contacting the company. I sent 5 dozen cookies as a gift to a business address before Christmas. As I was filling out the forms I realized I had not filled out a gift card. The website would not allow me to go back and fill out a card. I tried to contact customer service before I paid, but there was no way I could to do that. I paid and immediately contact customer service via their contact info. I waited three days, no response. I tried again. No response on their customer service email. No mention of delivery of my gift, no acknowledgement, nada. I had to check my credit card to see if the order even went through, then call the company to ask if they received 5 dozen cookies and tell them they were from me. Embarrassing. After ordering more than $250 in merchandise from an up and coming food store, I would have expected better service. But like most businesses since Covid, customer service is non-existent. Heard about these cookies on the Glen Beck show - and they really are The Worlds Best Cookie in the soft & chewy cookie category. I asked if they would consider sending an order to NY - I got a response in minutes and it was a yes. The are also very open to suggestion - at the beginning they offered a Dozen with 2 of each current flavor (they rotate seasonally) or a Dozen Chocolate Chip or you could order individual cookies or you own mixed dozen at a higher price per cookie. After a grumble or two (I'm sure I wasn't the only one who thought we should be able to get the "Mixed Dozen" price on our own selections of a dozen cookies) Now the pricing goes by box size and you can fill your chosen box with whichever cookie flavors you want!
